I like the fact that the charge port is open and unobstructed as it would be a pain to have to open a tab to access it. No complaints so far, just the price seems very high. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Phone Case Ever I have dropped my phone down multiple flights of stairs, accidentally flung it across the room, and dropped it on pavement, gravel, pretty much everything and my phone does not have a scratch on it. I am fully convinced that this case is indestructible. First case I’ve ever had that looks cute and still protects your phone. I’ve had other Otterbox cases in the past and they are just as good - this brand is 100% worth it, I’ll never buy a different brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fair, but has some issues The case has a nice fit overall, and it would be perfect (for me at least, but there are two things I do not like about it. 1) The rubberized parts of the case should be more rigid, because it bends a little too easy, mainly around the volume and power buttons and around the lighting port as well. 2) This is the more annoying one... The case has plastic buttons, which would not be a problem itself, but THEY ARE SO LOOSE, THAT THEY ARE MOVING AROUND. If you shake the case or you press the buttons lightly you can hear them rattling. If the rubberized parts would be stiff enough, and have the buttons melted in it, it would be a 5/5 case for me. But at this price point, I expected a better quality.

Look if you don’t want a cracked phone get an otter box I drop mine often and the case takes the hit and protects the phone periodT. Customer service was literally above and beyond too. It’s a little more slippery than my last (all silicone case, as the grip is only a thin strip along the sides. But as soon as I got used to that aspect (a few days and just one slip) everything was all good.

It's not bulky and it has a cushioned synthetic ridge on the edges of the case that make it easy and confident to grip. I like everything about it, especially it's unique coloring. I thought it might be too masculine, from the 'rustic' description, but it's perfect for a copper/verdigris-lover gal like myself. Thank You Otterbox!

It started the first week after i purchased it. I've been using otterboxes exclusively to keep my iphones safe for the last 8 years. I've never had this happen with a case. for the price, it's very disappointing.

The reason I gave it 3 stars is solely due to the fact that the print/design is definitely very nice looking and the customer service I received was great. I appreciate good customer service so I will give this company another try in the future. However, this certain experience ended up being a waste of time, unfortunately. The case is extremely slippery and not the kind of texture (or material I would want/expect a case to have. Keeping the main purpose of having a phone case in mind... To protect a phone (that cost well over a thousand dollars) from getting damaged.. The material the case is made out of just feels like some cheap plastic and even if it does shield the phone during a fall, seems kinda ironic since I feel the phone might fall or slip most of the times due to the fact of how slippery the case is.. I’m not a clumsy person; I get a phone case as a precaution, but I feel in this specific case it would be redundant to even have it on in the first place, since it would (presumably) be the main factor my phone falls most of the time anyways.. Out of respect for the otterbox company and (also) since I received great customer service from you guys, I won’t list the brand name of the case I ended up choosing. I know they’re one of otterbox’s biggest competitors so I don’t want people to assume that this review is trying to advertise for them. I just believe people should get a good deal and what they deserve for their hard-earned money. I’m aware that all of the well-known and respected brands have similar prices, but I just hope no one is cutting back on quality to increase their profit margins.. Even though I won’t mention the brand I ended up choosing, I will mention the fact that I only chose to get a case from a different place just because their case had a good grip case option (along with many others) and didn’t feel slippery at all. Inclusively the material the case is made out of feels a lot more durable and of better quality than what you guys sent me. Interestingly enough I have noticed, on other reviews on this site, some other people also mentioning and noticing (compared to previous otterbox cases) that the material quality has gone down compared to previous years. I can’t attest that their claims are for sure accurate, but I would agree that for this price, a phone case should be made with durable high quality material, not (what feels to the touch at least) some cheap plastic with a nice looking print on it. The reason I’m writing such a detailed review is in hopes that someone chooses carefully rather than jumping to buy a case so quickly due to the brand name. Since that’s what I did after finding out that otterbox cases are the most popular case brand. Only to be sent two separate packages, even after I had cancelled one of them. Now I have to send them back in separate packages, due to their return procedure not allowing me to ship both cases back together. Be aware of the return shipping fee ($5 from my location) which luckily the agent was nice enough to waive for me after I explained the situation to him on the phone. This took a lot of time and ended up being a rather bad experience for me unfortunately, so I wanted to write a detailed review during my free-time for others to see and hopefully avoid making the same mistake as me. Disclaimer: I know otterbox has made great cases for a long time and they deservingly have a loyal fan following, I’m just warning you to be careful and make sure you ”weigh out” all of the options rather than impulsively going with the most popular brand at the moment. To the otterbox staff: Please use the best quality material when charging this much for a phone case. Don’t get too greedy and start making a cheap quality product just to profit more since now you guys have returning loyal customers who fell in love with your previous high quality products. The iPhone 11 case feels extremely cheap compared to other cases even cheaper the last years iPhone XS. A little disappointed. The only thing keeping me from buying a different case is loyalty I guess.

I’ve had this for about a week and the rubber finish on the edges is peeling up already despite me not even being at work and being very mild on the use (phone has been on a table or in pocket the entire time. This is probably the 6th or 7th otter box I’ve had and my first impression with this one was that it seemed cheaper than the last ones I’d owned.

The blue is more purple and the red is absolutely orange. We needed the cases for their protective abilities and wish Otterbox would fix the colors though. Great case but not the colors (two anyway) that we wanted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Still the Best Case I think this is my 3rd phone to have a Symmetry case on it. It’s a comfortable in between being too small and not helpful and too big and bulky. It always comes in black which is a huge plus for me. It’s got great rubberized sides around the screen. The one thing about this compared to the same case on older model phones is the inside of the back of the case doesn’t seem to have a rubber layer. It made me a bit sad. It’s just the perception of being safer I guess. Maybe it didn’t actually add much value.

Have loved all the designs of my past cases and wasn’t too sure of Feeling Rusty but it looks better than the picture on the website. In certain light it even has a little sparkle!

I recommend it for these features. Be aware that a silky surface will be more likely to get dropped if you don’t hold it tight and it will slide off of smooth sloping surfaces.

They arrived quickly and were easy to install and integrate well with the screen protectors OB sells. The side buttons are AWESOME with a positive "click" and no mush. The case didn't need to be waterproof (the phone already is so that wasn't an issue. My only gripe was that, at least the black case, is still a little slippery compared to other brands...but that's a small price to pay for awesome impact and screen protection

I considered getting clear because I hated covering up my beautiful new gold phone, but this case matches it really nicely. The only concern I have is I feel like I may need to go back to using screen protectors, as it does not give as much coverage as the commuter series, but I certainly like the lack of bulkiness of it as well.

As the reviews stated, it is somewhat smooth, but that is when it’s fresh out of the box. I carry this phone in my back pocket and it is now hassle to take out and put back in my pocket. I would say, if one has real soft hands, then maybe it will be a little issue.

They always fit like a glove and offer really great protection for a klutz like me. I’m not a huge fan of the color and I wish they came in more fun designs. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plastic feels cheap and is slippery Case fits the pone well but feels cheap and slippery when trying to hold. The color looks like a cheap 80's plastic toy, not a $50 case and there isn't much difference in the orange and red. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

It is really cute on the outside and has been protected my phone so far every time I have dropped it. The only thing I haven’t liked is that the back of the case has already begun to get scratched up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good OtterBox quality. I am generally happy with this case, however if the commuter was available in my country, I would have bought that. This case is very comfortable to hold and has good protection around the entire edge of the phone, however the commuter had more height from the front edge and was silicon inside the entire surface of the back, not just the edges. If you can't get the commuter, this symmetry case is adequate, still excellent OtterBox quality and Aspen Gleam is now my favourite OtterBox colour.

It was a surprise but not a deal breaker. It was easy to get the phone in the case and it didn’t take too much effort to get it back out. Overall good!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I’m Going Back To The Defender SerIes I wanted something new and fresh and felt the look of this case was just what I was looking for. The case is too slick to the touch and it never felt comfortable in my hand. The rubber feel of the Defender series feels more secure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Case is OK I always go to Otterbox for my cases, but this case does not seem to be the typical Otterbox protection that I'm used to. It seems very flimsy and thin. I'm not sure it is going to be the protective case I need. I will likely have to replace it with something more substantial. I've never lost a phone, a screen or had any damage to any of my phones before with Otterbox, and I just don't feel as confident with this case. I have to keep it though as my new phone is here and I will not carry it without a case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most Durable Case I’ve Had Dropped it the first day I used my case, but the screen and everything else is still fine! I normally just use one case all throughout the life cycle of my phone and I think this would last me a while. The case is simple with a rubber edge in front so it’s a little easier to remove your phone from the case. It’s a snug fit for the phone, probably for more security and less damage when it falls. Though I might say, it adds a little weight to my phone. I hope it fully protects my phone! I’ve only had it for 10 days, so when time comes, I hope the warranty would still be in effect. Haha Hope it does well for the cameras too! I had a cheap case for my previous 8plus and the camera’s edge was damaged like crazy. For this one, so far, so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from don’t get yellow. I highly do not recommend the yellow color. It looked great at first with my green iPhone. If you wear jeans, it rubs off on the rubber part of the case and makes it look super dirty. I have had the case less than 2 weeks and it looks like I have had it for a year. That said, it protects the phone well.

Started out with the Defender but when I got my iPhone XS and the Symmertry cases came out with Mickey & Minnie decided had to go with those cases. Enjoyed using both cases. The Symmetry cases for my iPhone 11 Pro feels slimmer than the cases for the XS some am trying to get used to it. The back is textured so helps with the grip some. All in all my iPhones will always wear OtterBox cases, either Symmetry or Defender.

So far I have dropped it multiple times, sometimes from as high as 6 feet, and my phone doesn't have a single crack or scratch (and I don't even have a screen cover on it. The case also looks super cool, I love all the colors on it. Great purchase!!!

I have the same case on my iphone 7, the 7's case has a small amount of rubber inside the case the 11pro don't. the 7's case buttons are better the 11pro buttons ratel and just feel cheap. the 7's cases rubber sides are better more flexible and conform to the phone better, the 11pro cases is harder conforms less and its harder to get the phone in and out of. still a good case maybe 3.5 star as before it was a 5 star case. In todays world cases are getting better and this one just ridding the name.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Case Ever I bought this case at the beginning of May and it is the worst otterbox case I have purchased. I have consistenly boutght otterbox cases for my Iphone and I am not sure I will buy another one. This case does not fit the phone like it is supposed to.
