I bought this case to replace an identical case which was purchased about a year and a half ago. The original stretched out and got somewhat brittle but definitely protected my iPhone decently in the time I had it.

Great protection with stylish looks
My previous Otterbox for my iPhone XR wore out and tore apart (I don’t baby my phone at all!. I thought I was getting another clear one. But it has flashy silver metal flakes imbedded in the case plastic. Bonus! Now my phone stands out from the rest and it’s easier to find it, too.

Had the case a month and I already dropped the phone twice on concrete. I might be a careless idiot, but the case is awesome because nothing happened to my phone. Good as new. I love this case.

This cover is as good as the last cover! Easy to use the buttons and does not mute volume of the speaker. It was hard to get it on the phone. It looks easy in the video but it Is difficult and I had to have my husband put it on. He struggled too and he has much more hand strength than I do. I would have returned it if he had not been able to get it on. That being said it will not fall off easily.

I bought this case for my new iPhone XR and it is hands down the best and only case I trust 100%. For years I have used Otterbox cases for all my iPhones because it has extreme strength and durability, always protecting my iPhone when it comes to dropping it on any surface. I do not use my iPhone without my Otterbox case and for a good reason - my iPhone will never be shattered using this bad boy. I also love the clear case which allows the iPhone's natural beauty to still stand out. It's not overly bulky, and it still keeps the iPhone's sleek design. Love it!

love it once it was on phone
i had trouble due to inferior hand/finger strength to get this on my phone. i wrote to customer service and all they did was ask if i ordered the correct one. then my daughter inlaw came over (she recommended Otterbox to me and put it on my phone. i think there needs to be more info or tools for folks with weak hands on how to get it on the phone. now it is awesome but i almost returned it.

I bought this several weeks ago. I had first purchased a different manufacturer’s clear case. It scratched easily & was quite evident. This was a little bit hard to put on but has held up great with no indication of smudges or scratches. Love the sparkle!

I recently purchased the iPhone XR in red and wanted a case to show the color. I've had a Symmetry Series case on my iPhone 7 and loved it. However, I must stay the construction on this case is better then my older one. I'm happy to see that Otterbox continues to work on their products. I bought two cases the PURSUIT IPHONE XR BLACK/CLEAR and the SYMMETRY CLEAR IPHONE XR both arrived scratched. The symmetry case didn’t fit my iPhone, and it was bent out of shape! Within a week the pursuit case was completely scratched everywhere, definitely not worth the money, they’re extremely overpriced!

Too bulky, sides are frosted and as my car colour is yellow the frosted effect made it look like it was discolour.
I brought a new case now.
Positives are that it does seem hard wearing and will protect the case, but my goal was more aesthetics.

Great clear protection case
The back of the case is nice and clear but does scratch easy.
The fit and protection is perfect although the buttons on the side are not always easy to distinguish when trying to press from a pocket. The buttons could be raised slightly on the sides, but this a personal preference. Would be great to see colour options to match the phone around the edges of the case with a clear back.

I’d went ahead and bought an Otterbox branded case seeing as they sell through Apple but am severely disappointed. I’ve used it on my new iPhone XR for not even two weeks and already have so many tiny scratches on the back! Defeats the whole purpose of a clear case when all you can see are scratches. Also not liking how easily my fingerprint smudges remain and how difficult it is to remove and put the case into the phone. Wish I’d bought a different brand.

Symmetry case for XR
This is the third Symmetry series case I have purchased, now for my iPhone XR. I also bought them for my iPhone 5 and iPhone 6. I also had Defender series for the 5 and 6, but would up buying the Symmetry series. The Defender was just a bit too big and not as easy to carry in my front pants pockets. The Symmetry clear case for the XR is a great clean looking case. The case has a good safe grip so I feel comfortable that the phone is secure in my hand. The only downside was the case was very hard (tight fit) to install. I would buy the case again.

Comfortable to hold phone with case
After reading reviews about difficulty inserting phone, I put case under electric blanket for a couple of hours to make the plastic more pliable. Worked perfectly! Clear Case shows off my pretty candy apple red phone beautifully.

I had this exact same case (the clear sparkle) on my iPhoneX and that thing helped up like a champ. I drop my phone an average of 20x a day (okay, that’s a bit dramatic, but you get the picture) and not once did it break - not the front, not the back, nada. So, when I bought the iPhone XR I couldn’t think of a better case to get. I love how thing this case is and I can see through it while still getting a classy sparkly look. This case is thin - seems flimsy, but it must be made of some kind of Thor repellent because i doubt that Thor using my phone as his hammer could break with this case on there. 10/10 - would buy again...well....and again.

I'm new to iPhones. While I was searching for a good case, I came across a lot of negative reviews on just about every one I searched for online. My husband has always used OtterBox for his iPhones and highly recommends them. He has dropped his phone many times and OtterBox has always protected it from damage. I decided to give OtterBox a try, too; the worst reviews I came across were complaints about the case yellowing, the iPhone not fitting into it, and the case scratching too easily. I've had mine about a month and I am pleased. The case took a few minutes to get on, but it's supposed to fit tightly; I've not had any yellowing issues; and I have normal wear-and-tear scratches. It looks good and is doing a good job so far!

This covers was purchased to replace a much thinner one purchased elsewhere. The week after I purchased a new XR iPhone I dropped it and the back glass cracked. All else worked fine but didn’t want to take any more chances with a thin cover. Upgraded to the Ottebox.

I really like this case. It’s a little difficult to get the phone in and out of the case, but once it’s in, its impressive. I love the clear sparkle so I can show off my red phone and still add someone special. While I haven’t dropped my phone yet, I am confident this case will stand up to a typical drop. I am also a fan that there is no rubber edging. I found that cases with those feature wear out and the rubber will tear apart after about a year.

My previous phone had an Otterbox case so when I got my 10XR I looked to see what was available. Since my phone size was increasing, I didn't want the case to take up much more room (still want to fit it in my pocket). Also, I bought the pretty blue phone and didn't want to cover up the color. This clear case is perfect! It is quite slim, barely increasing the total size of the phone, the blue color shows through, and it is Otterbox strong! I climb in the mountains and appreciate the extra protection I get from Otterbox.

Expensive, but the Best
This is an expensive case. Durability, fit, quality, aesthetics, and everything is perfect. I could have bought 3 or 4 cheaper cases for the price of this one, but the Otterbox is the best and I won't have to replace it next year or deal with an ugly case again. Other more expensive cases have their issues. This is the sweet spot for me.

Love this case!
This is the only case I’ll ever buy! Had my last one for 3 years and just replaced it due to expected wear and tear. I love that it has a raised edge around the screen to protect it from drops. Same around the camera. Highly recommend!

This Symmetry Series Clear Case is simple, durable and not bulky like the Defender Series. Fits snuggly around the phone and have not had any issues charging, hearing audio or adjusting the volume. Highly recommend!!!!

Best Case I’ve Owned
I have had this case for over a year with no screen protector on my phone and it’s never cracked. I dropped my phone from the roof of my house onto concrete and there wasn’t even a scratch.

Great case!
10/10 would recommend, this case is sturdy. I currently own the clear case. The only downfall I have about this clear case is that it tends to turn yellow after a while, but other than that the case is great and durable.

Slim but rugged
When I first purchased my iPhone XR several years ago I selected the clear Symmetry case. Over the years I have dropped my phone many m at times on anything from asphalt to concrete with no damage to my phone. I finally dropped it and cracked the corner of the case with zero damage to my phone. So I’m replacing with the same rugged but lightweight slimline case.

Glitter phone case
I assume the case is the same good quality that I’ve had in the past. I will not know for sure because I will not use it as it is a clear case with imbedded gold glitter It would be great for my granddaughter if she was old enough to have a phone. That being said I’m stuck with this phone case I will not use, wish the pictures of the case would have shown the glitter, I would have selected a more masculine case that I don’t mind my friends seeing.

I just received my case I ordered like 5 days ago and it came scratched. It looks scratched from inside the case. So disappointed because I was really excited to get it and paid a lot. I had to use the warranty on it.

Broken phone
I bought this otter box case about a year ago when I got my iphone, it has been okay throughout the year with some minor scratches and damage on my phone but today I dropped my phone from my pocket at about two feet high and my entire screen cracked. I am so upset since this company promotetes their product as a very safe phone case when it really is not.

I’ve had the case on for a long time and it’s done a good job of protecting my phone. My only problem is that I noticed yellowing on the edge not too long after I started using the case.

Case Cracked When Installed
I bought an iPhone “APPLE SYMMETRY CLEAR IPHONE XR CLEAR” and revived it last week. Open installing on my phone the case fit way too tight and the bottom corners of the case cracked. Please see the attached photos. For a $50 case I wasn’t expecting it to crack when I installed it on my brand new phone. I ended up ordering a replacement for $6.99. I’m hoping Otterbox can reimburse me for the replacement. I’ve purchased their product before and I probably will end up doing it again because the quality is usually there and their cases always perform well by protecting my phones. It’s difficult to reach them due to the pandemic, but I’m hoping someone reaches out to me to satisfy their customer.

I was gifted this case along with a new iPhone XR in July of 2020. The case does a great job at protecting my phone and my phone is still in perfect condition, despite my own clumsiness. My only issue with this product is that the parts of the bumper that protect the power button and the volume buttons has come apart from the case. It doesn't prevent the case from doing its job, it just doesn't look very good and it can get frustrating at it sticks out a bit. This is the only reason I'm considering getting a new case, but I'm reluctant due to the price!!

Strong and pretty
This is my second purchase of this cover. I have a red phone and didn’t want to lose the color with whatever cover I bought. I like how it is slim yet protective and sparkly. My old one had yellowed a bit on the sides and had a few cracks from dropping my phone so I decided it was time for a new one.

I love this case. I got the clear one with silver glitter. its very pretty and looks great with my blue phone. It does a really good job at protecting my phone as I have dropped it on tile floors many times. This case is not bulky, its very sleek and easy to wipe clean. I highly recommend it.

Too hard to put on and scratches easily
I bought this for my teenage daughter for Christmas. I watched her try to stretch it over her phone. She struggled to get the case over the phone. The case scratched about 3-4 times before she even got it on! Weak for Otterbox.
