The box is hard and easliy slips off surfaces
Unlike the case I originally bought from Apple, this Otter box has a slippery bottom, instead of on that wants to stay put. It easily could slip out of your grip. If you buy one, be prepared for your phone to fall onto the floor and break.

Great Sleek Case
This case fits very well and makes the phone feel natural to hold. It's got enough depth to protect the phone but not too much that it takes away from the thin design of the device. The back of the case has a very subtle texture that is just right, perfect for holding the phone but not obnoxious like some cheap cases. As for the important part, I have launched this phone 7+ feet into the air and had it land on tile a few times, and it's survived everything. I really feel like I got my moneys worth with this case

Great choice
I bought this after my toddler broke off a piece from previous otterbox case. This case is one piece and definitely a better choice with little ones that steal your phone. Protects great and easy to clean. Very happy and would buy again but won’t need to because it’s otterbox :)

Thin but durable
Been an OtterBox customer for years and spent many of those years on job site on a regular basis and so always gat a OtterBox Defender with whatever new mobile phone I had. I usually upgrade phone every couple of years but instead of upgrading and not being on construction site as much I have given the Symmetry Series a try. So far so good. Couple drops no problem but I need to mention that the finish on the case is a matte, it still feels a little slippery compared to the rubber outer shell of an OtterBox Defender case. All in all good case for the price.

Updated design is great!!
I’ve been a pretty loyal Otterbox user for several years now. My biggest issue with them in the past is that the silicone buttons would wear down before the rest of the case since they were most frequently used. However, in the updated case the buttons are actually plastic! I think this is a huge improvement and I look forward to seeing how much this extends the life of the case. As always, the protection is excellent as well. I drop my phone fairly often and I have yet to experience a broken screen.
