Corners sometimes pop out a bit. Disappointing that the edges are already discolored and I've had it about 3 weeks. With screen protector, phone edges attract lint if I have it in my pocket.

Skeptical and now I love it!
We've always purchased Otterbox products and we love them. The Symmetry is a slim and non-intrusive case that had me worried it wouldn't provide protection like the Defender Series case but so far, my phone seems well protected.

Good protection for your phone!
Initially there were some blemishes under the screen, appearing while I was getting rid of the bubbles. They had a crystalized appearance. They have now disappeared so screen is clear. Screen protector installation tool worked well. The protector fits well and does not show fingerprints.

Sturdy but pops off
The case is a bit difficult to put on at first. Once it is on the top right (by the camera) corner pops off frequently.

Definitely not as tough as the defender series. But it does alright. My phone does have cracks and chips on the edges. So this is not as durable and crack proof as advertised.

not buying again
my phone fell out of my pocket from 2 feet or less off of the ground and the case came up and caused my screen to crack. I had the case for around 2 weeks, so there is no reason it should be so flimsy to the point where a small impact pushes it back and leaves my phone vulnerable.

Would not use any other case. I have never had any problems with any of my cases. I wished they had a case with popsocket for a galaxy s23 plus.

I've had the Symmetry case for my last three Galaxy phones. But this one did not meet my expectations. Lens area is too large and leaves them too open to damage.

Disappointed that the sides are discoloring.
Otterbox is fully functional, however, I've only had it for a couple of months and the plastic/rubber on the sides is absolutely disgusting looking. It is discolored and brown looking. I have tried to keep it clean and wiped it down but it just looks discolored and nasty. I'm replacing it because it looks so terrible. This is the first OtterBox that I have ever absolutely hated.

Cute But Concerned
Cute but least favorite otterbox case I have owned. I have always used otterbox for all my galaxy phones. Clear case discolored on sides within first 2 months. My main concern is the top right corner of the phone pops out. I have a screen protector and camera protector and both have cracked within the 2 months. I am thankful for the extra protection because it concerns me the case is not providing as much protection as I feel like I have had in past cases
