The Case Goldilocks Chose
This is the 4th case I’ve purchased for my Pro 4th generation
The first was too heavy for me to utilize however I still have it to fall back on. Second case had one fantastic feature however that was cancelled out by an awkward way to turn the case around to set it upright. The third case was not what I ordered, having agreed on a different case with the representative
This case as Goldilocks knew was just right, color and all !!

Surprisingly bad design
I have a Defender case for my iPhone 13 and love it. Always had Otterbox cases for our phones and they have been great. That is why it is so surprising just how bad the design of this iPad Pro case is. The pencil holder doesn't stay on and the floppy cover / stand is so weak it always collapses. Big fan of Otterbox, but I hate this thing.

Waste of money
Just over a week ago I received this case and iPad for my birthday and I have spent more time trying to keep the pencil holder on and the iPad . I am so disappointed, I have always used Otterbox for my phones and iPads but this one has really left a sour taste

Garbage
Constantly falls over, even when just touching the top of the iPad.
ATTN Otterbox Care Team or w/e you’re called:
A warranty replacement of a poorly designed product still leaves you with a poorly designed product. Don’t bother auto-sending your useless gesture paragraph.

Great case but useless warranty
I bought this case for the 3rd generation iPad Pro at the Apple store and have been using it for 3 years now. The case has been great until now, but the screen cover flap has started tearing off. I called customer service and asked what they could do as the product is supposed to have a warranty of 7 years. Unfortunately they no longer carry the case and said they have nothing that will fit my iPad Pro. Customer service said they could give me 15% off my next purchase, but that doesn’t really solve the problem. They also told me I may be able to find one on Amazon. The case cost me $90.00 and I don’t feel like I should have to buy it again from Amazon. Anyway, to sum it up, what good is the warranty if you can’t fix the problem.

NOT WORTH IT!
I was shocked when I first saw how the case is flimsy on the ipad. Should have at least came with a screen protector. Overall not too thrilled and definitely not worth $85
