Hate the Quick Discoloration
Love the idea of the case but hate that the case discolored in less than 24 hours and is still discoloring from dye on my clothes.

Love the design, but mine started to break after about a month. The plastic that comes out of the back to extend the “grip” needs to be stronger.

Total Discoloration
This product is a great concept and I was excited when it arrived. After one week of use, I am so disappointed in the discoloration. Just from putting it in my back Jean’s pocket or the side pocket of my yoga pants, the trim of this case is completely black. I tried everything to clean it and even a magic eraser won’t take it off. Very disappointed!

I find the light colors easy to locate my phone. The antimicrobial agent smells some what upon opening the package but the odor was gone in a couple of days. The pop socket type grip is a great design and the cover functions well. Overall very pleased with this purchase. I would love to see other colors and designs.

Better then loopy
Ok so loopy is cute and the loops are soft plush ones but the loop doesn’t go down or away and sometimes I’d like to lay my phone down on it’s back. I am very happy with this case , it’s cute and peach colored, hard and the loop pops back in when I’m done with it. Super easy to clean considering I’m a bar manager and constantly touching food , alcohol or other surfaces.

Great Grip, Beautiful Color
I'm quickly becoming a fan of OtterBox products. Previously I shied away from this brand because their cases were too bulky and overly complicated to assemble--those days appear to be long gone. When I purchased my iPhone 14Pro a few months ago, I picked up the clear Symmetry case, which I absolutely love. Trying the OtterGrip was a no brainer for me.
The OtterGrip knocks the ball out of the park. I did not think I would use or like the finger-grip as much as I do but it is an absolute game changer. My phone is well protected and I take better selfies (LOL) and pictures.

Durable for outdoor use
The design of the case is bland but the durability is extremenly awesome when outdoors. I use this at my jobsite and it works well when I accidentally drop my phone. The color is your typical black and it doesn't have the wow factor like some expensive cases.

Fantastic quality
I have had an OtterBox phone case in the past, so I know they are a really great brand, but this new model is great. It has a place to put your finger through to help hold the case comfortably and the heavy duty quality is unmatched. My phone has taken a few falls recently and it was greatly protected.

Never disappoints
I am a huge fan of the Otterbox Symmetry series. Been using them since early iPhone releases. This one is a huge improvement by adding the otter-grip which is a mind blowing technology that keep the case flat on the surface. The MagSafe is strong enough keeps my iPhone in place and secure and the charging is fast. I love it and for now I will not change it for something else.

Keeps my phone safe
I have had cheap phone cases just used for aesthetics and while they may look nice and cute, they do not keep my phone protected. I have owned other Otter brand phone cases and have never had an issue protecting my phone. This is another great product by Otter where I know my phone will be safe and save me from costly expenses.

If I could give this zero stars I would
I had this case for ONE DAY and the pop socket wouldn't go back into the back of the case. The pop socket had stretched out rubber straps on either side, after literally one day of using it. The case just feels CHEAP. This is not up to Otterbox's normal standards, and I always use their cases. Very sad-I wanted to love this!

This case is great like every otterbox case I’ve ever had with one big distinction. The inclusion of the pop-out grip is a game changer. The idea of a phone grip has always been appealing, but I never liked how they stuck out on the back of my phones. This grip folds flat when not in use and solves all of my gripes. This is a must have item.

Same great otter box protection with additions!
I got this as a present for my wife for her new phone. She loves that it is MagSafe and works with out other stands and charges. She has also really enjoyed the poppet feature on the back that works great!

The antimicrobial factor is nice if that’s actually true, but the placement of the holding device is way too high, and it’s awkward to hold. I had high hopes for this case- in theory it’s like the marrying of the Loopy Case & Popsocket combined, but the placement needs to be lower.

bought a new iphone 14 pro yesterday and this case in black. i wish i got one without the “pop socket” and just bought one after the fact. it’s hard to pull out, you pretty much need to use two hands, and you cannot use it it prop up the phone to watch a video bc it just collapses back in. kinda disappointed…

Great Protection Weird Grip
Great case, a little hard to work the socket and the color isn’t as close to the online color. I ordered the green/minty one but in real life it’s more of a full grayish.

This is the perfect case.
I love this case. The grip is part of the case, so you always have it when you need it. You don't have to think about it because it is always there. When you don't need it, it almost disappears into the case. It is mag safe compatible too. I only wish there were more vibrant color choices, like red, and blue.

Very nice fit, great tactile buttons, string MagSafe magnets. Easy to hold and nice balance of grippiness. The built in grip is comfortable and is a decent fidget too. Really no complaints.

Sides turn yellow.
Sides of the case turned yellow. I have the “chill out” green color and I would have never thought the sides would turn yellow but it did. I have had it for only 2 months. This is ridiculous.

Great case; just needs a little grippy feel
This is a great case for holding phone without trying to balance on pinky finger. This phone is well protected and should serve me for quite a while. I just wish that the case itself had a little more grippy texture for holding and to prevent slipping on a hard surface that isn't level.

Otter box has always been my go to brand for phone cases, I love being able to use a popsocket but having one built into the case makes it so much better. I love the fact that I can still use my wireless charger with this case. I’ve tried so many that say you can but they never work. This one on the other hand works perfectly!

Case is good, grip feels cheap
Really like otterbox cases in general. While the grip mechanism on the case is really cool from a design standpoint it feels flimsy and cheap. I’m not sure I’d recommend the case a result but if you’re curious and won’t be too harsh on the case I’d recommend it.

I LOVE my OtterBox for Apple iPhones 14 pro. Not only is the case beautiful, but it protects my phone very well. The shipping was another story. No options to ship it faster, it came on a bicycle and took 5 days. I could have driven it faster.

This case is thin, not heavy and durable. Very smart to invent a grip that still allows you to use MagSafe charging and accessories without having to remove the grip or case. Grip is comfortable and sturdy when in use and retracts flat into the case when not in use. Great job otterbox!

Made the Switch
I've previous been a loyal user of a certain other company's approach to holding your phone from the back, but ever since Magsafe came out, it was less practical. I haven't used an Otterbox case since the early days of iPhones, but saw that they had their own take on an all-in-one phone case and decided to give it a go.
Pros:
-Case seems solid, has survived a 3-4ft fall with not much issue.
-Magsafe works great and holds well
-Loop itself is flexible plastic but very sturdy
-Texture is nice, smooth and slightly grippy hard plastic
Cons:
-Not sure if this case will withstand severe falls, as it's thinner than what I'm used to (which is also a pro in many ways, and it has done it's job on a few drops so far to be fair)
-Back scratches easily. The scratches are light and surface level but after 2-3 weeks of use they are already visible in direct light.
If you want a minimal case that has a built in handle/grip and supports magsafe, this is a great option and I would say it's worth it.

With the prices of phones these days we are all about having a phone case on our phone to protect the phone from any damages. Bonus for this phone case it is protective and has a built in pop socket to make for easy holding. Or propping your phone up. Simple color, definitely doesn’t show any imperfections. I’ve already dropped it once on concrete and the phone was safe!!!

Bad grip feature
I wanted to love this case as I LOVED the idea of a built in grip. The grip is so cheap and flimsy feeling. The case itself feels nice but the grip is weak and useless.

Fantastic case!
I was truly surprised that I like the case as much as I do! I thought I might like it but it turns out that it’s beyond “like”! It looks great, fits really, seems extremely protective, stays on during falls, doesn’t seem to scratch easily, the pop-out socket so far seems durable and has been simple to adjust to!
