I also have trouble getting it to charge wirelessly, which was never a problem my iPhone 11 and I’m still using the same charger.

That’s never happened to me before with an Otterbox, so I’m not sure if it’s my fault or not. Otherwise, I do love this case.

I also have trouble getting it to charge wirelessly, which was never a problem my iPhone 11 and I’m still using the same charger.

I've had Otterbox cases in the past, and this has never happened. the fall resulted in one crack in the case, and the entire back of the phone shattered.

Now after a drop, the whole back of my phone is shattered. 4 months until my phone is paid off so hoping the shattered glass will stay intact.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Favorite Clear Case Overall I love this case. I always buy clear cases and throw a pop socket on it, both of which usually have to be replaced frequently. The Otterbox solves that though! It’s durable and hasn’t started that gross yellow fading (going on 3 months. My only gripe is the pop socket is a little rigid and so after a while of holding my phone my index finger and/or middle finger starts getting irritated. Some padding or something would make it more comfortable.

I saw reviews that this didn’t work with the wireless charger, but since my previous one did I expected this would be no different. Not sure what they changed, but it does not work with a wireless charger despite claims that it does. I have to remove the pop socket in order to use the charger. Will probably return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good - not great. I like that this otterbox is a little more slim than others. It is solid, and attaches firmly to the phone. Unfortunately, even with the pop-grip removed this case does not support wireless charging as advertised when tested on either of my new charging pads. I initially bought this to replace my CLIKR case, that I liked more because it also had some trouble with wireless charging if it wasn't placed just right on the pad, but that charges much better than this. If return shipping were free I would likely return this case, but it's not worth it to me to go find a printer during lockdown anyway so I'm stuck with it and it will gather dust in my drawer. If you don't care about wireless charging then this should be fine for you.

Love that I have the protection of otterbox with the popsocket for functionality. Only thing I dont Love is the clear is smooth and the phone slides off soft surfaces like my couch whether I lay the phone face down or not. The old one had a more rubber edge along the screen (was an iPhone 8 Plus case. Otherwise, it’s perfect and very secure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect case! I am so glad I bought this case. The built-in popsocket grip makes the whole case less bulky than attaching the grip. It is centered and I have the iPhone 12 pro, so for me the location is perfect. The only downside is that on my car mount, it doesn’t fit snugly the way the other PopSockets do, because the popsocket fits flatter due to the built-in design. So I just pop it a little, and it fits, it’s just loose if that makes sense. Regardless it’s a small adjustment and totally worth it!

I bought this because I wanted A pop socket so it made sense. The case is not the same. It is significantly bulkier. It’s so disappointing, I wish I had Ordered the case and attached my own pop socket.

This beautiful case is sturdy and loos gray. I also personalized the pop-socket on the back and changed it to an enamel pop grip that has the sky and moon in it. With my blue phone, this case is the icing on the cake!

It does not sit flat at all. if the pop socket was in it was awkward to hold and for his hands he would have liked to move the pop socket up or down more so it just was not a good fit. We couldn't return it because there is no phone support right now and the chat support failed too many times for me to count so we just ended up buying a non pop socket case and now we just have to have this one sitting in a drawer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Otterbox for Me! I've had this case now for a couple of weeks for my new iPhone 12 Pro, so far so good. My biggest worry is that it may yellow because of the clear case but we shall see ... I would've given it 5-stars if it weren't for the fact that it was a little cumbersome getting the phone in (which could technically be a good thing), but so far with regards to the protection - it is solid. I like that the case does cover all edges and there is no room for budging and/or slippage of the phone. I've always been happy with my other otterbox cases. I do like that it showcases the beauty of the new phone color ... and having a exchangeable/removable popsocket is a plus. I do worry about wireless charging - I don't feel that this case is made for it (due to thickness).

It was really hard to get the phone in and most likely will never take it out but it's pretty cool case. I love that I can set my phone on the table without the phone being unbalanced with a popsocket. I also love the protection of the camera in the back and the buttons are easily accessible. The glittery cover goes great with the gold iPhone

I am a glitter girl at heart and like the pop socket that is built in and practically flush with the back so it lays better than the old stick on poppers. Also you can change the pop socket face whenever you want which makes it a flexible accessory for my mood or a specific event. I remember when phone cases first came out they were very industrial and hideous. I am glad they realized not everyone digs that look.

When I took it out of the package and barely pulled on the pop socket to the extend it (didn’t even put it on my phone yet the pop socket fell off, the plastic part where it attaches to the other plastic piece that holds it in the phone case separated. It didn’t even look like the fit together. When I tried contacting the company no one responded. So I just superglued it in frustration. The case is great pop socket part is cheap.

I was excited to get a case with the pop built in, but they way it’s made it’s uncomfortable to fit your fingers under the pop. The case also had a yellow tint to it I wasn’t expecting. I sent it back and bought a regular clear otter box in stores.

I can't charge my phone on my car charger any longer. The back being more bulky prevents the charging while lying flat. I now have to plug my phone in.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I’ve had otterboxes on all my phones and I like them, but I bought this clear symmetry for my iphone 12 to show color of phone but am disappointed because in 10 days has totally discolored and yellowed around the edges. Protection good, look not so much. My wife had an after market clear case and after almost a year of use still looks good. I am receiving a new one via warranty but am sure it will do it again. For a $60 case I would expect better.

This case is not as advertised I recently bought a supposedly compatible wireless charger when it wouldn’t work I thought it was the charger and I replaced it but the only way this charger will work is if I take my device out of the case which is not what is advertised. And the volume buttons and the on off button is difficult requires a lot of pressure to get them to work. Sometimes when I use a plug-in charger I have to reposition the plug-in before it will finally work there seems to be some obstruction with the case allowing the the plug to go into the phone also it shows that the pop-up is removable it is not I also bought a amplify blue light screen protector and it has proven to be less durable than the cheaper ones that I have used in the past I will not be purchasing Otterbox products againNot only because of the disappointment in the quality but the lack of support I have gotten no matter how many times I’ve tried to reach out to Otterbox.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Grip This case has a good texture so the phone does not slip out of your hand and the pop socket is a huge help too. I like the bumper edges so if I drop the phone I don’t have to worry about the screen. Only issue is that it’s really hard to get on and off, however it does mean that’s it’s securely on there.

Does not work when I’m trying to watch something and I use my phone on it’s side. It just falls over. Doesn’t seem strong enough. I’ve used other popsockets before that I’ve had to attach from amazon that have worked WAY better. Not really worth it in my opinion.

I love otter box and will always use the symmetry cases, but the pop socket portion of the case was where I had an issue. It’s made to fit into the back of the case so that it’s not sticking out like a detachable pop socket. That, I loved. But actually trying to grip the pop socket was just way too difficult. I have small hands, and it was uncomfortable for me to have a decent drop on the pop socket. I never had that issue with my detachable pop socket. I did end up returning because of this. If the pop socket could extend further, I’d consider buying again.

I liked that they centered the pop socket this time, compared to the iPhone 11 versions. however, I’m having trouble with the power button. I can’t tell if I’ve pressed it or not unless I see the screen go black. The volume buttons are fine, I can feel the little click, but I can’t with the power button. I’ve taken the case off thinking it might have been the phone, but it’s not. I figured this was normal and have just dealt with it all this time, but it’s really starting to annoy me. So I thought to check on the site. I’ve scrolled through reviews to see if anyone else has reported about this problem, but they haven’t, so maybe I got a defective case? Is anyone else having this problem? Other than that, and the discolouration which is normal, it’s a good case, very protective.

I wanted something I could take the popsocket off to charge on my wireless chargers. It did not work. I tried with 3 different chargers. Im now debating going to just an otterbox with no popsocket so that I can use my wireless charger, or going back to plugging in my phone, which is counterintuitive to having an iPhone 12 pro with wireless charging.

I got the Stardust Glitter case for my new phone just four months ago, and it’s already yellowed on the edges where the buttons and charging port/speakers are. It looks fine everywhere else. Must be a different material. Very disappointing for the price.

The concept is great, but the execution defeats the purpose of having a pop socket altogether. The indent in the back allows the socket and phone to lie flat, but there is no extra length when it is expanded to make room for a normal sized adult finger. It’s really uncomfortable to use and is unsteady when you try to prop it up using the pop socket. Definitely not worth the cost of this case or the multiple weeks of waiting to get it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Design led to shattering of my phone Don't by this case! Like other reviewers, I dropped my phone and the glass back of the iPhone shattered. It is going to cost a fortune to fix. I believe that the break is due to the shape of this OtterBox on the inside. The marketing photos don't show this, but the back is not smooth or snug against the phone. There is a round part under the pop socket that sticks out and is not padded with rubber, and I believe it was the pressure of this hitting the back of the phone that caused it to break when I dropped the phone. I loved this case for its ease of use, but in the future I'm going to stick with a padded case and add a pop socket to it.
