I returned the pop socket version and purchased the clear symmetry, this case will work with wireless charging on mophie chargers

The biggest issue I have with it is that this softer 'under case' gets dirty sooo quickly, being that I payed almost $60 for this case I would hope that it would have stayed vibrant a bit longer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed in the PopSocket Location I love the look, but the PopSocket is placed in the wrong location and not long enough to facilitate propping up the phone. I have used self placed PopSockets for years and haven't had issues with them being used for a kickstand. Even when using the PopSocket for holding, it doesn't come out far enough to be comfortable like previous ones have been.

After finding you online, I ordered the purple case. I was afraid that it was going to be too bulky to fit my back pocket, but was delightfully surprised that it was rather sleek with the built in pop. Nice job of making that part sit down “inside” while still providing a great, protective case.

Yes it’s my fault I picked the wrong Apple case. I haven’t even opened the box but have been trying to return it every since the day it was delivered to my home! It’s not fair to tell me that because it doesn’t have a dollar amount attached I can’t return because I use a code was for $65. Now I have to pay for different one instead of returning the IPhone 11pro for the IPhone 11! Not gonna pay for something that was totally free to me!!

Nor Is it a good stand for watching video as the phone is too angled easily knocked over.

It feels like it’s protecting my phone but at the same time light and the side button are so much easier to tap than cases in the pass. I really love this case. And the attached popsocket is the best thing ever!

I love the built in pop socket- although if you try to change it out make sure that you get the interchangeable pop socket or it won’t work. Also, I’ve had trouble getting the wireless chargers to work. It didn’t work on the dash mount charger at all. Overall, it is a really nice looking, protective case!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A bit slippery... I love the case, but the design has a slight flaw, it the plastic is slick so it slides off the couch and out of my hand easily. The pop socket, I feel I have to keep out all the time just to have grip. Today, I didn’t have the pop socket out and was taking a picture of the pie I was about to put in the oven, the phone slipped out of my hand and into the pie. That was not awesome. Other than that issue, it’s a pretty cool case. Maybe design one with a matte finish instead of a glossy.

Somehow when the pop socket was integrated into the case it made it feel so much better. I really love it. It’s perfect! Please make more color options for the case. I love that you can switch out the pop sockets. The only slight downside is you have to remove them in order to use wireless charging it’s a little bit of a pain.

I take a lot of photos and screenshots, and the previous cases did not allow me to do that with ease. This case is perfect! The case is easy to allow the buttons to work effortlessly. This made me very happy because I was skeptical. Of course the protection feature goes without saying. It’s an Otterbox!! I got the marble color and totally love it. The wireless charging works great, which was another feature I was hoping would work without a hitch. I am very very happy with this case and have told all my friends. You could say I’m a phone case addict. But this one is the bomb!!

I have used it for about two weeks now thinking it would grow on me but it hasn’t really. I find the pop button feature just gets in the way of the phone laying flat on a surface. The slickness of the case is also a drawback. Being a senior adult I find that I must make sure I have a firm grim on the phone so it doesn’t slip from my hand. On the positive side I love the purple color. I wouldn’t let this one unhappy purchase stop me from buying another otter they have always been my favorite case for both quality and durability.

The only thing I find difficult is keeping the rubber part of the case clean that faces the front. It’s pink and picks up colors from pockets, etc. going to try to clean it up with a friends recommendation as I like the case to be clean! Other than that no issues! Great buy

The problem with that, is when the pop socket is all the way out, the case blocks about half of it. If you have thick fingers this case is not going to work for you at all. Overall would not recommend unless you try it in person before ordering.

I typically get a Commuter case and put a PopSocket on it. I thought this case would be an all-in-one solution. Unfortunately, the design isn’t quite what I’d like it to be. While I think it would protect my phone, which is MOST important, it’s functionality lacks. The PopSocket part is too shallow for my large fingers. Also, the PopSocket placement is fixed, so I can’t adjust it to fit where it would be most helpful. I’ll be returning this case, getting a Commuter case, and add a PopSocket to it.

This case fits the bill and isn’t bulky, obtrusive nor does it cause hand fatigue when my phone has to be used for business. I do wish the pop socket was about half an inch lower, but I am getting used to it. I am also glad they’re finally starting to get some fun colors for girls/women that are not pink!! :-)

The only negatives I have is that the case is rather large, and when the socket is expanded, it doesn't really stand up that well, probably due to the size of the phone.

However, you can still “mount” it but it’s a bit wobbly if you need to interact with your phone, which can be annoying while driving. When a case is over $60 from two respectable brands, I think the expectations are higher.

I was disappointed that this case can’t be used if you charge your phone using an induction charger. I Have two different brands and neither works. the company did replace the case without the pop option.

It’s bright colors are eye catching and then the smooth, shiny feel of the case makes everyone want to hold and touch it. I love the pop that helps me hold my phone or prop it up. But what I love the most about it is that it folds back in flush with the case so that it’s completely out of the way. It’s awesome and I’m really happy I got it!

When I typed in my order number and email no product was recognized. Used the “chat” feature. Received an “incident number”. Was redirected back to the site to generate a return label. I’ve used both products for a while and feel like they’re essential to fully utilizing my phone and keeping it protected. When I use someone else’s phone to take a photo without a PopSocket it’s so awkward and I feel as if I’m going to drop it! When I upgraded to the iPhone 11 ProMax... the first thing I did was order my new OtterBox with PopSocket to protect it. The case arrived earlier this week and the phone is out for delivery. Im very satisfied with the quality of the case, otterbox is beyond par. Kudos also to their excellent shipping partner Fedex. I got my order (overseas very fast. Both otterbox and fedex were very efficient. Overall, i highly recommend buying from them and i would definitely buy again in the future. This is my first case with the PopSockets and I enjoy the convenience and flexibility it gives. The installation of the Edge2Edge screen protector was very easy to install. Being that both items are fairly new additions to my phone, I cannot make a sound judgment on the durability of this case yet but I will say that the OtterBox case that I had on my last phone did last for over 5 years and when I turned in my old phone, it looked brand new. I expect nothing less of this case.

I have it for my XS Max iPhone and loved it! It’s an Otterbox protective case (can’t go wrong with the best) but not so uncomfortably bulky. Best of all, the popsocket being integrated into the case. I love popsockets, have at least 20 or more different swappable popsockets. I prefer the integrated grip because I feel it is more secure than the original adhesive ones. I never have to worry about the adhesive going bad or having to replace it. I can match my popsockets to my moods or outfits and have my iPhone well protected! The best of both worlds! I highly recommend it!!

The issue with the pop on the back is that it is almost flush with the back of the case as it has an indent for it to sit in. This therefore reduces the gap for fingers. Slim lady like fingers won’t have a problem however big bloke hands like I have struggle to use it as intended as I can’t quite get the fingers in. This could be remedied by a pop top that extends a couple of mm further when popped out.

Haven’t tried other wireless chargers yet but disappointed it doesn’t work with an industry standard. I tried making sure the pop socket was completely flush with the case and no improvements. Other than that, the case is great! Doesn’t add too much bulk, feels secure, and the pop socket feature is nice.

It has less room and is slightly less comfortable to use than a regular pop socket because the base is sunken to streamline the silhouette of the back of the case, but other than that it’s fine. You don’t have to think about the placement of the socket, which might not suit everyone. Wireless charging works fine through the case as well. I’d prefer the case with a regular non streamlined pop socket profile but that’s my only issue.

My previous case I could put on the wireless charger with the pop socket on and not a problem, this case not so much, it also slides out because of the glossy material. Just a waste and im sad because I have NEVER used another case other than Otterbox

My only complaint would be that the case is very slippery and does not seem very protective. When holding the phone you really need robot attention to not let it slip out of your hand. I’m my car I usually leave my phone in the center consol and it’s no problem, but with this case the phones slides all over the place.

I wish the case was not as smooth, I was hoping for a more rubber type grip. Because I purchased the phone the first day it came out I had to order the case online which took over a week. The local stores were not stocked well.

I loved the design and the fact that it had a built in pop socket. I love pop sockets because my hands are small and I take a lot of pictures. I love the marble look. I don’t love that it’s not as sturdy or protective as past otter boxes that I’ve had. I would not order it again, paid nearly $100 cad and for the amount it actually protects my phone, I could go spend less than $20 on a cute plastic case and separate pop sockets.

I bought one for my daughter’s phone and liked the pop feature so much I go this for my new 11 Pro Max. The only thing I would do differently is have the pop go out another 1/8” of an inch as it is handy but not quite big an enough of an opening for an adult’s hands. Last thing, make a pop made out f metal for those of use who use magnet holders in the car. I added a magnet and it works perfect but having one integrated would be great.

I was mistaken. Not only is my phone protected now, but it looks and feels good. Fits into my pants pockets nicely and the additional PopSocket integration is something I’d always hoped OtterBox would pursue. Just get it.

The first thing you notice is a hard plastic, not comfortable to hold. There are also sharp contacts around. The PopSocket itself is less comfortable too. Now the height of it is lower, because of bold case.

It’s super convenient and makes it really easy to hold my phone since the phone is pretty large in my hand. I use the pop grip on the back every single day and I’ve told numerous other people about how glad I am I bought this case. It offers excellent protection and the pop helps make the phone feel secure when using with one hand. What stops this product getting 5 stars is the pop does not work well as a desk / table stand. It does not seem to want to hold the phone in position, perhaps the balance is slightly off with it being the heavier max version of the iPhone, it toppled over with the slightest interference.

Not sure what the problem is, maybe the phone is too heavy for the case. But I love the look of this case and it fits good into the accessories in the car.

I will say your glass screen will not be protected, you should definitely pair it with a form of glass protection. I drop my phone all the time and have never had an issue. The one time the glass broke but phone fell on my tweezers glass first, nothing the case could stop from happening.

It was a very beautiful case I loved the vibrant ombré coloring. And also this case is advertised that the popsocket can also be used as a stand. You can barely call it a stand. It is constantly tipping over as it is not centered very well . (The stand feature was the biggest reason I wanted this case along with the color very disappointing :(

I was so excited, and absolutely loved the color as well as having the popsocket included. I haven't even had it a year, and the popsocket broke off, as well as there is a crack down the back side of the case. I have had otterboxes previously, and I've never had one crack like this. After spending almost $60 on a case I've had less than a year, I am having to now search for another one. I'm just bummed, because I really did like everything about the case when I saw it!

I’ve almost forgotten how to hold the phone without it there for support. My one complaint would be that I’m unable to wirelessly charge, as the product stated I’d be able to. I haven’t changed the original pop socket that came with the case, or anything… but no wireless charging. However, the fact that the pop socket makes holding the phone so much easier, while also shrinking down into the phone for easy storage in a smaller pocket, makes it a win for me. I really enjoy this case and will continue to look for others in the future. Gimme loud designs, otterbox! Please and thank you.
