I’ve had this case on my iPhone XR since 2019, it has been through drops, my toddler pushing it around on the tile floor like a car and multiple slides down concrete when I’ve dropped it and tried to catch it with my foot but ended up kicking it down the road instead. I have to wedge my fingers around it to use the pop socket. It's also kind of awkward to reach the entire screen when holding the phone one handed using the pop socket. I wish I'd chosen a different case.

I love that the case is much flatter than my old case with a pop socket attached. Building the pop socket into the case is brilliant! I do wish the lilac color was as pretty in person as it was on my computer screen. It is lilac with grey tones.

THE FIRST ONE IT CAME WITH BROKE LITERALLY THE FIRST TIME I OPENED IT!!! After that it was a huge pain to even try and take off the base to replace it with the other pop sockets I bought. Both of the other too have fallen off after just a couple of weeks of use. This product is awful and I plan to return it for a full refund as soon as I can. I am extremely disappointed. (Also the actual pop socket is off center anyway so it doesn’t function as a stand whatsoever) I like the idea but the execution and quality is pathetic.

Thank y’all to everyone In the whole corporate structure who made that available. I’ve owed a lot of OtterBox cases over the years and they’re great. These new ones are no exception. I strayed one time and bought a Pelican phone case because of brand recognition...we use Pelican big cases for equipment at the fire station. They’re pretty good for that but suck for phone cases. I went straight back to OtterBox and I’ve never strayed again. Everyone in my household uses OtterBox cases and will continue to do so as long as they’re available.

After only a couple weeks the case broke where the pop socket attached and we called and returned it. After many calls to Otterbox we never got another case or a refund. So disappointed in this company.

It provides all the protection of an Otterbox case, but the Symmetry series is nice and slim so I can still fit my phone into my pocket. I love that I can change the pop socket out for any one I want without compromising the functionality of the case at all. It’s a great design overall. My only complaint is that I wish it came in more colors... the lilac is nice, but I would have loved pink!

My only complaint being that I did not like how much bulkier it made my phone. I could no longer slip it into a pocket easily. Then I discovered the otter + pop. Problem solved! My pop socket sits nearly flush with the phone when closed now. It’s interchangeable so I was able to customize my awesome cosmos print case with my favorite deathly hallows pop socket. This case has definitely not disappointed!

The only complaint I have is that I usually like to fidget with my pop socket and twirl it around but if you do that too much with this design the pop socket will pop out since it’s replaceable.

Either that or they both fall to the ground. As soon as I heard you were merging popsocket to otterbox cover I knew I could depend on it. I would've wanted a darker shade of lilac but lavender will do. This is my second otterbox and I only have good things to say about these covers :)

The slim design fits easily into my purse or pocket, and the PopGrip is flushed with the back of case when closed. This case does not have the raised cover for the front, but that is okay for me. Prior to receiving this case, my phone would slip and slide everywhere. This case has stopped this problem. The only issue I have is when the PopGrip is extended, it will stand horizontally by itself; I wish there was a way to make it stand vertically by itself. It has only been one week, so I do not have a long length of time with this case, but so far, I am happy with this purchase.

I have large hands and have trouble getting fingers around pop. Better for small hands. I also bought a pop holder for my car that sticks into air vent. The problem here is when I attach the phone it just droops down. Also because the pop feature on the case isn’t balanced on the phone it pivots in the fore mentioned pop holder

The case itself is true to what was reviewed on the website. As a gift for my daughter her comments were this. It was EXTREMELY hard to get the phone into the case, we struggled for five or more minutes. Watched the video and struggled some more. My solution was use a stiff piece of light weight card board to get the last corner of the phone in the case. She stated the texture was too smooth to touch and she would prefer a bit more rough, rubberized texture. It was also heavier then she would like it to be. Other then that its a ok case. Nice color.

Great protection in a snug case with a handy pop and a simple sleek smooth subtle design - most people are surprised, shocked even, when I tell them it's an Otter Box. And saying that I have an OtterPop on my phone.… that even puts a smile on my face!

I heard otterbox had glass screen protectors that are shatter proof. So I bought that and a a case. In all honesty I haven’t dropped my phone yet but have two toddlers who surely will since they’re always grabbing it. The case is a nice marble design and is slim and sturdy. Love the back kickstand too. Overall very happy with my purchase.

I drop it at least 5 times a day, hard. And a few times it sounded so awful and I was so scared to look but this case has never failed me!!! I do have a screen protector on too, but if you’re wondering if this case is legit, she issss! And I love the pop socket it makes it so much easier to hold. 5/5 review pour moiiiii!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst experience I bought this on a Saturday and it was suppose to be in on the following Saturday. I would call otter box and be out on hold for 30-45 mins. I hung up twice after 45 mins. I finally got someone on the line they said I’m sorry there is nothing we can do until it’s been 7-15 business days. I told her it has been 12 business days so that falls in that time frame. She the said we won’t do anything until after 15 days. I asked why do i you or say 7-15 days then? Her reply it’s just what we say. Horrible experience never buying from here again I’ll go to LifeProof.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not for the clumsy Wish it had something covering the screen or the edges more. If dropped without a glass screen protector the screen will definitely shatter to pieces. The case isn’t really meant for protecting- just to look pretty. Clumsy people shouldn’t buy this if they want to keep their phone in good shape.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine but… The case is fine. It’s the pop socket that is uncomfortable. It doesn’t provide enough room for my fingers (average sized. Also, the phone wobbles when I use the pop socket on any surface. It sits crooked, like a chair that has one leg shorter than the others.

Was replaced immediately by otterbox for only a small shipping fee. No damage to my phone at all, so it did its job.

I tried many add ons to my iphone which ALL eventually fell off. This attachment to the Otter Box is so secure. I love it, it looks great and I am very very happy with it.
