Unreliable
I'm usually impressed with the quality of Otterbox products, but this one was a dud. The lighting cable sits loose in the phone's port, and it doesn't usually doesn't charge when I first plug it in. I have to jiggle it to get it to charge, and even then just setting it down on the table can sometimes be enough to knock it out of place, leaving me to wake up with my phone still on 10% in the morning.

Cable is thicker than most - very strong and durable. Can see this lasting a long time. Another great quality product from OtterBox!
