Cap falls off easily
A week into having my new AirPods case, the cap that isn't attached to the case fell off and is not last leaving the rest of the case pointless.

Ok but not great
The top lid of the charging case doesn’t quite fit the otter product cover...it’s always popping off. It seems like the adhesive and design don’t work together to keep the cover on. I hate to say it but over time I believe I would lose the top cover. Everything else is great!

Excellent protection
This extra protection for the headphones and charging station not only works but looks good. I am extremely happy with this as well as with all my otterbox products.

I LOVE THE BRAND; however but I’m still disappoint
I purchased this a little over 2 months ago, and it has done me well until last week. The AirPods’ case was doing excellent at first. The top was sticky enough to handle hard falls and remain attached to the bottom. Somehow after awhile of opening and closing the case so much; I guess it started to ware down BUT it hasn’t even been 6 months yet. I would love to give this case another shot; however, I don’t any type of warranty issues for this particular item.

AirPods fall out
Bought this case for my husband.. beautiful color, however the air pods don’t stay inside the case. They keep falling out. Have had multiple instances where we notice airpods are missing and only thing attached is the lid case.

Not worth the money
For the amount of money invested into OtterBox you would figure they would create a better product. The AirPods keep coming out of the case. I have to go back and retrace my steps looking for my airpods several times already. There are better and more reliable products for less than what Otterbox is selling.

Poor design
The cap piece fell off in the 1st 30min of it being on my belt loop. It’s much better than the rubber ones I’ve bought in the past bc If it gets caught on the seatbelt when I get out my truck I have to buy a new one. But at least the rubber one kept my cap from opening and the pods or pod fall out. Poor design!

This was not made right not a lot of thought in it as to wear to put the clip,also when I tried it the lid kept coming open from hitting my pants.Is this was designed a little better would be a great product but right now it is not.

Works for a while until it doesn’t…
With two separate pieces, one of which is a soft plastic, this case base proven itself to be a perfect device for loosing your AirPod case. When it gets warm, the plastic expands and lets go of the AirPod case, letting it slide ride out and disappear into the aether. It is made worse by the fact that the keychain clip is part of that soft main body, meaning that if you secure your car keys to it, be ready to fish your errant Airpod case out from behind your gas peddle.
