Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such A Disappointment I bought this case from Verizon approximately 3 months ago and let me just start by saying that every device I’ve owned has always been in an Otterbox Defender case, and when I tried this Otterbox case for my AirPod Pros the top keeps falling off for one, the case body part keeps slipping off my AirPod Pro Charge case. When I purchased this case for my AirPod Pros I was under the impression that this was a good case to have to protect my new AirPod Pros but after continuously having to pick my case too up because it has fallen off or pick my AirPod Pro case up because the bottom protector has slipped off is such a big disappointment. Now I’ve lost my case top piece and this was a $40 purchase I kind of wished that II had never bought. Otterbox Deaign team has good intentions but terrible design and follow through. This purchase was totally a waste of money, time, and material.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ispra Series Case I have had it for about a month and have enjoyed having them. I like the fact the bottom half is silicon type material as provides friction to hold the case in place. On the other hand the top cover is more of a hard plastic with two friction pads to hold the cover, not two way tape. The problem I have encountered is the cover will occassionally slide off. Fortunately it hasn't fallen off when outside my pocket or I would definitely lose it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Air Pods Pro Ispra Every time I go to use my Air Pods, the top piece falls off onto the floor. I wouldn’t trust hooking it on a backpack, because I’d surely lose part of the device or the case. Very cheap item & a waste of money!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t buy Bought the case thinking it would help protect my AirPods but that wasn’t the case. The top portion that has the adhesive wore off. It no longer sticks to the lid. A couple days ago the bottom portion detached from the AirPod case and my AirPods hit the concrete floor. Now my right AirPod doesn’t work.

It seems like nice material and feels good to the touch and looks nice - but the top doesnt stay on. It actually falls off even if I just set it down on my desk. The layer of goo in the lid to hold it on doesn't do anything. I am getting my warranty replacement already but based on all the other reviews its hard to imagine a new unit fixes this? I do NOT recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It’s alright I bought this for my new airpods pro and was excited to have a case for them that was sparkly and protective. The only problem with this case is the top falls off all the time because there is only a small sticky tab inside that holds it on. The bottom is rubbery so it sort of sticks on but I would not feel comfortable hanging this case on a keychain in fear that the airpod case itself would fall out of the otterbox case. Overall, it’s a cute case but not very effective.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top piece will not stay on...gets lost I hoped that OtterBox would have a better design than the other cheap cases out there. Alas, I was mistaken. The top piece, that covers the flip part of the AirPods case, does not secure very well, and within a week of using it, fell off and was lost. There is a small adhesive strip, but this was very weak and did not adhere to the top of the case very well. I have my AirPods in and out of my ears throughout the day, so I have them clipped to my pants. I thought that a $30 case would have a better design, and that OtterBox would have a better solution.

All they have is a tiny strip of double sided tape for it and it’s not working at all. Currently looking to see how much of hassle it would be to return to otter box website shipping from Canada.

The case seems to have design flaws, it does not hug the air pods case properly, and have to keep pushing it against it to ensure proper hold. It could be that the material relaxes and allows the case to move from the air pods case. I can see it happening mostly on the top portion of the case, the one that protects the lid of the air pod Pro case.

I later saw them and wish I read the reviews beforehand. The top piece of the case does not stay attached so half the time I’m missing the top piece.

There are two things I was like ehh about was that the color of my case was like a dark pink and on the picture it seems lighter and that sometimes the top of the case so the part where you flip back to open the AirPods would just pop off. I’m a little concerned that if I actually drop it that the top will pop off and that my actual case would get damaged.

But with the name I assumed it would at least do what it should do. I have a no name case with way more protection paid 10$ so we just put that back on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would not recommend This product looks great. That is about were the good ends. It fit properly but the top will not stay on. It has a thin piece of tape inside the top. It lasted a whole 20 mins before it came off. Once it comes off it does not stick back on.

After multiple attempts I gave up. I have previously bought other Otter Box products that functioned as advertised. Thus assumed this one would also. So disappointed.

However even when my AirPods are just in my purse, the case does not stay on and I have to dig around for the lid most of the time. I would be hesitant to actually attach the carabiner to an actual key ring (or carry it by the carabiner to that point, because with enough swinging force, your AirPods will fly out of the case. I wouldn’t buy this again or recommend it to someone who would think this is a good solution to protect their headphones. If for looks alone, it’s cute.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps things from breaking! I buy OtterBox products to keep my electronics from breaking. No one else has come close to the level of protection that OtterBox provides. Years of trial and error. Tears and pain from “similar” products. In the end, OtterBox is the best.

This is such a defective item OtterBox should do better at constructing these cases. This is horrible for a top notch brand to be so defective.
