It was not what I expected. I thought I was ordering a OtterBox Defender Pro but a different product arrived. I have a OtterBox Pro that has damage and tried to file a warranty claim but was unable to file a claim as my item was no longer listed in the Warranty Claims Page.

The only issue, really is the little piece on the bottom that is supposed to cover the charging hole does not quite cover the hole. Seems too small. Other than that it is solid.

I bought he wrong case.
I bought he wrong case. This case does not have anything to cover the screen. My phone won’t last five minutes. I’m a landscaper and I dropped my phone constantly. My last OtterBox had a cover for the screen and a big rubber surrounds for the whole phone and was much better than this one

Best I’ve ever used on an iPhone. I can’t understand why Apple Store no longersells them.
I had a bit of trouble putting on the two layers perfectly, but now that the OtterBox is on, I don’t want to ever take it off.
I believe it will better protect my phone and ought to last its lifetime.

The case definitely fits and protects my iPhone, which is great - but I find it very difficult to put on/take off the iPhone which is important, and the hinge for the charging port is plastic, difficult to use and looks more fragile than would be preferable.
