Excellent case. Love the clear back on XT case. The sides have a really good grip. This is the fourth iPhone to use the XT case and I keep coming back to it. Holster is good too. Don’t use it as much. But it works great.

I do like how you can rotate it 360 degrees and the clip that goes on ur belt is nice however putting my phone in it doesn’t seem very secure it does like to fall out occasionally for no apparent reason my phones fallen a couple times and that is very frustrating I wish it’d be more sure

Great protection and convent phone stand.
Case is mostly great. But it can pop apart if you remove it from the holster wrong. The holster is great for protection against damage and a stand for using your phone as an alarm clock or watching movies.

Great case with a little issue
The Otterbox defender depresses the button on the lower right side. I had to disable button. Otherwise, this is my 4th otterbox on my 4th phone. I wouldn’t trust my phone in anything else.

It was advertised as free when I bought the case. It was not. Not only was I charged for the item, but shipping as well. Now as for the holster itself, when you try to run, the phone bounces out of the holster. For me it was just a miserable buy.

Pretty, Sturdy, Terrible Wrist Strap Connector
Nice color and pattern. Fits the iPhone 17 Pro Max like a glove. Bad wrist strap connector that breaks easily and makes it difficult to put the strap onto the connector because it is fragile and the hole is too small for many strap connectors. Since this was true of the iPhone 16 Pro Defender XTs. We still love this protector because it has protected all of our phones through the years.

Doesn’t fit very well. Has a loose fit and phone likes to fall out. Catch your phone before it hits the floor.

Phone is not securely held in holster
Hoster does not hold phone as securely as previous Otterbox holsters. The phone seems a little loose in the holster and occasionally falls out. This is not the normal Otterbox quality. I was disappointed that the holster shipped seperately than the phone case when ordered from Otterbox. Perhaps since they are not matched up is the reason the holster is less secure.

Disappointed w/ camera control button sensitivity
I have bought this series case for every phone I’ve had for the last several years. I have always loved the protection. This is the first time I can say I’m really disappointed. The camera control button is insanely over sensitive. It is so major turning the camera control to double tap doesn’t even fix it. The sensitivity issue is a major issue to the point I don’t even use this $80 case I bought. I wouldn’t buy this case if I were you.

I did not care for the case. The ugly orange circle on the back for magsafe was bad enough. But when did OtterBox start getting rid of screen protectors? Also, why isn't the belt clip included with the case? I did not like that at all. I am no longer using this case and I've purchased another one. That looks much better on my phone and protect just as well.

Great protection, sensitive camera button
Solid feel, just a few negatives. The back smooth part takes away some of the “grippiness”. Also, the camera button is SUPER easy to press which has caused me to deactivate some of the new features because of activating the camera all the time.

Weak holder
Holster does not hold phone very well. The tabs that hold phone and case need to be deeper to be able to secure the phone. Phone slips out to easy.
