When taking it out I need to flip it instead of just lifting it and having my thumb right on the on button. Small item but really annoying.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not like,the old ones! Very poor design. The clip is a poor design for an Iphone 16 as it only clips on one side of the phone securely due to the shape of the phone. If you put the phone in the wrong position, it will fall out. And furthermore when you put the phone in correctly so it won't fall out, the phone will be upside down forcing you to rotate your phone each time you grab it. In addition, it doesn't come with the case as it used to but now you have to order it and it takes a long time to receive it. I've been using this series of covers/holster for years but no longer as this is a very poor set up .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Otterbox’s Failed Case Good case but the fact that there is a completely exposed edge along the side of the phone by the camera button on the new iPhone 16 fails otterbox’s “defender” case. I literally flipped my phone from face up to face down on a counter and the exposed edge landed on an uneven surface and it cracked my whole screen. If there was a plastic guard on that edge it would’ve been fine. Completely disappointed with otterbox, especially since this case is the highest end protection from them. Would be a 5 star if it had full protection along the edges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shipping error. I got the wrong part. I was shipped an iPhone 16 Pro, waterproof case. I have an iPhone 16 so this does not work with my phone. When I bought the phone at Best Buy the salesman told me the waterproof case wasn't made anymore, (which is what I really wanted) so I bought the Defender Pro XT. I've always used the Waterproof case for my previous iPhone as I do a lot of camping & hiking. Anyway, I did not get the XT Holster.

But I think the website is a little confusing on which phone case fits the belt holder. The best thing to do is phone the company to get the correct holder to fit the belt clip.

I would not use an iPhone without the protection offered by OTTERBOX. I ride a motorcycle and the OTTERBOX offers the highest degree of protection for my phone. I have tired other phone protectors and nothing can compare with OTTERBOX.

Any abrupt movement such as stepping up on the bumper of my truck will cause the phone to fly out of the holder. Not a very secure grip. This happened and caused my screen protector to crack.

The phone was dropped and the holster broke immediately. Otterbox has always been our go-to but this just wasn't a good match.

Customer service told me via chat that it would fit the cover I had, but it didn’t so I ended up buying a different cover (case) so I would have it all work out. Now that I have a match this clip is perfect.

The clip is sturdy and not too bulky, and it can be easily adjusted in 15 degrees increments spin in clock or counter direction up to full 360 degrees.I like to clip the phone inside my jeans front l the holster. glad I got it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Otter box belt clip problems First it was really disappointing to find out that the belt cli no longer comes with the otter box it self. After waiting two weeks to receive the clip in which time I almost lost and or left my phone in random places multiple times because I did not have a clip to put it in. Now after receiving the belt clip I find that it is awkward at best to holster and just doesn’t seem to fit the case it’s supposed to go with but who knows because it did not come with the otter box. I have since changed to a different case and clip. I have used otter box products for every I phone I previously have had, unfortunately I will not ever again because of the lack of concern for the fitting of the clip to box and not selling the two together anymore.

I am not a holster wearer as a rule so only used a few times BUT I use it a lot as you can use it as a holder and prop up your phone on a counter or table to use or especially to take times photos! It is an Otter box so the quality is first rate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Holster & Otter Box review I used the Otter Box and holster with my old iPhone 6s and now iPhone 16, I’ve noticed most people don’t use these and simply carry their phone in their pockets. You can see the phone color I guess, plus no attached items on it. Your choice, I like clipping it on my pocket or belt, I don’t like carrying inside rear pocket because of breakage concerns. Sit down wrong or contact something and you break your screen.
