Discolors fast
I gave this case two stars because it does protect my phone. However it rapidly changed colors and my phone looks horrendous with it on. I’ve only had it for a couple months, I thought they were supposed to stay clear?? Buy a different color if you don’t plan on repeatedly replacing your case.

Case doesn't fit. Going to replace.
The case doesn't fit the phone well. Even from day one. My phone is loose while in the case. It doesn't seem to be very protective, and the case gets very dirty. I am going to submit for a replacement.

Do not purchase
This otterbox case is definitely not up to the company’s usual standards. It pops in and out of place as you use it, sliding the buttons out of place so they’re difficult to press. It also pops off of every corner extremely easily which does not lead me to believe that it would protect my phone if I dropped it. I am definitely returning this product and will not be buying another one anytime soon.

Gross Discoloration
I specifically purchased the clear case because I love the aesthetic. I incorrectly assumed that since I was spending so much money on a phone case that it would not turn brown. It looks filthy despite cleaning it daily. If I had the option to exchange the product, I would immediately. I do not recommend.

Sturdy yet lightweight case. Love the clear option, as I chose a very pretty red phone! The templates were very helpful in lining up the screen guard perfectly.

Worst “Protective” Case
Do not buy this case. My iPhone 14 had a small drop and the entire back glass is shattered into the camera area as well.

Cute and durable but beware of staining
I really liked the phone case when I first got it. The color was supervisor aunt , and really really pretty, but the more that I wore it I quickly realized that the fabrics of the pockets I was putting it into the coloring was being rubbed off onto the case, and is seemingly impossible to get off of it, and now the case looks pretty dingy and gross. The durability is really good though. I’ve dropped it multiple times and it has been fine.

Color yellows less than a month
Very disappointed that the case is not even a month old the lilac has turned yellow. Did they change the material? I e always had an otter box (6+ years) and this is the first time I’m having this issue. Customer service has been very helpful (reason for 3 stars). My hubby bought a different brand (rhymes with fleck) and his is showing zero sign of wear and discoloring. I tried cleaning with Magic Eraser and I still couldn’t get it… here’s a picture. Not too bad but remember this after 3 weeks of use.

Disappointed With Purchase as Color is Fading
I purchased this item with the iPhone 14 I ordered via Apple. It was delivered in late September. I keep my phone in my jeans pocket and noticed that it already has discolored around the edges. I have never had a phone case do this before in my jeans pocket. This was not a cheap item as it was approximately $50. Would really like to return it and get a full refund.

I have gotten this case several times but for iPhone 11. This one for iPhone 14 is not made as good as the other but so far seems to do the job. Phone is loser in this one and comes off way easier. Hope it holds up just the same

Cute but doesn’t protect
I got an otter box case thinking it would protect my phone from most drops because of the price and quality i’ve heard about the brand, but a week into having my brand new iphone 14 i dropped it and the entire back glass shattered. I’m really not sure why I bought a $50 phone case if something from 5below would have done the same thing….

DO NOT TRUST THIS CASE.
Otter ox recently sent me this as a warranty replacement (it should have been the mag safe version but it wasn’t the end of the world to me).
I just dropped my phone from no more than a few feet off of the ground and the back is SHATTERED.

Don’t waste your money
So many things wrong with this. While the back stayed clear, the sides are so gross and brown, the bottom piece of the mag safe strip detached and the strip close to where you plug your phone in, stretched and it now partially torn. Not worth it.

Love the case but…
Love the look and protection of the clear case but I wish that they were antiscratch. It’s inevitable but when the scratches overlap after a while the case seems cloudy. Other than that the case is super clear and shiny and has amazing protection.

I want my money back
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Customer service sucks. I returned my case over a month ago and have not received my money back. The chat doesn’t work and neither does the phone number and you can’t email.

I hate this case. The only thing it protected my phone from was nothing. My phone fell from the smallest table and now there’s a minor crack on the top left of my phone. I was really disappointed especially considering it was $45 friggin dollars.

Sturdy but yellows despite promises
The packaging said it had an anti microbial coating to reduce yellowing, but sure enough, the sides of the case where one holds it most have turned yellow after only about a month and a half. It feels sturdy in the hand, and has protected my iPhone so far, but the yellowing is already unpleasant and will probably only get worse :(

Awful case
Had to throw mine out after a few months. Buttons were always very loose. Scratches too easily and accumulates lots of dirt in the crevices. The case sides yellow very quickly and there’s no way to clean it effectively. The case also starts to fall off the phone after a month or so.

GARBAGE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Got a new phone for school, got this otter box at the same time. Dropped it off my bed, no more than 2 feet and the entire back of my phone is shattered. Never had an issue with any other otter boxes until the 14 pro max one and as I can tell from others, my problem is more common than it should be from a company that is Entrusted with keeping your phone safe. Garbage product that they won’t back up “we’ll send you a new case” is bs. I don’t want a new case, I wanted the first one to protect my phone in the first place. Can’t afford to fix the phone so now im stuck here trying to warn everyone I can DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
