Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not like the one I had for iPhone 8 plus I use to have the clear otter box case for iPhone 8 Plus which was really was just amazing.it protected the edges and the corners were rounded for extra fit.I got from the store the other day the clear symmetry one for my iPhone 14 pro max and it’s garbage honestly,it’s made with recycled plastic which always tends to have lower quality in whatever product it is. The corners come off really easily, I use to think otterbox was the best case but I don’t know about what anymore tbh, hopefully they replace mine with the defender which is bulkier but seems to hold the phone in place.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing! I purchased this case because of a previous amazing experience with the same version of OtterBox case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I assumed that the iPhone 14 Pro Max version of the Symmetry case would be just as good, but I was wrong. First, when I put my case on my old phone, I thought I was going to break my phone because it was so hard to get on, which proved to offer incomparable protection for my device. With this version of the Symmetry case, I immediately noticed that it does not have the same tight fit. The corners of the case slip off very easily, even when my phone is just in my pocket. Second, I was confident with the protection my previous case provided because no matter how often I dropped it, my phone was pristine. This version does not offer the same protection at all. After only a few months of use, my phone dropped off the arm of an adirondack chair (less than 2 feet) onto my patio and caused my screen to shatter. I had a screen protector on, but I didn’t realize the corner of the case had pooped off when I set it on the chair arm. I would not recommend this case to anyone because it offers zero protection. Lesson learned I guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the glitter but gets dirty VERY fast I purchased the Stardust (Clear Glitter) case and I've had it for about 2 months now and it's already discolored along the sides where you hold it. It's very disappointing to see the coffee-color tinted sides so soon and it's especially noticeable against my silver phone. When I first received the case, I noticed immediately that the sides felt gummy in a sense, unlike the smooth/slick back of the case. I assumed this was for a better grip and I got used to the texture after a few days of use. I'm thinking that texture helps trap the oils from your hands when you hold it. I am constantly on my phone so the case gets high use out of me and I think that's what led to its discoloration so quickly. I love the glitter and it sparkles so beautifully in the sun but for how quickly it looks gross now, I would not recommend anyone purchase this specific case. The quality of the case itself is amazing, but my rating is based on the quick discoloration.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality has gone to trash The symmetry case is the ONLY case I have ever used with my iPhones and I always loved how compact they were but also so protective. My iPhone 11 Pro Max symmetry case was very sturdy and tight fitting was a nice protective hard plastic it fell numerous times and my phone was always perfect . This new symmetry case for my iPhone 14 pro max is trash . The plastic of the case is so soft it bends at all the sides and you can easily slip your phone right out. It doesn’t even fit the phone snuggly and the plastic is a joke. The case has no support . It’s extremely disappointing that a once great company is going cheap on their products used to make these cases . Especially for the price you pay. I will have to find another company with higher quality cases now. Such a disappointment.

My phone fell about 2 feet and landed on the raised part around the camera, completely shattering the entire back of my phone to the point the glass is falling out. You can see exactly there the case pushed in on the phone and shattered it. The case also pops off on the corners and the outside of it has turned yellow and I can not get it to go back to clear no matter how much I clean it. I had this case for my 11 pro max and had no issues for 2 years. But this one is terrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from cute case!! when i received the case it had no buttons on either side. i couldn’t press any of the buttons on my phone. customer service cleared the issue up pretty quick and sent me a replacement but it would’ve been nice to just get the right product the first time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from soft and easily made dirty! i love otterbox through and through. i even push customers to buy them at my job, and yet this case is one of the worst ones i’ve gotten! it’s such a cute design and otterbox is usually nice and secure but this case feels much softer than the ones i’ve had for past iphones. i’ve also only had this case for like 2 months and the sides are already browning! i constantly try to clean it but to no avail. i’m not sure if that’s covered in the limited warranty but something has got to give.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never again I bought this case when I bought my new iPhone 14 pro max thinking it would do a great job at protecting my phone.Today I dropped my phone not even 3 ft at work and the back of my iPhone just shattered and cracked.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this case or product to anyone and I may never get another otterbox case for any of my phones.I think otterbox should have to replace or pay to have phones repaired if anything happens while using THEIR cases..
