This is the worst otter box I have purchased!
When I called customer service he said it was designed to slide in and out of you pocket ??I was not told that at the time of purchase or I would have chosen a slip resistance case every time I place it on the arm of my chair it slides to the flour Very frustrating and unhappy with this case

Clear case became cloudy
I like the flexibility & protection of this mag-safe case but after I cleaned it with alcohol it became cloudy.

Bad case. Warranty doesn't cover phone.
Phone case feels slippery and is. Phone fell a few feet and back glass completely spider-cracked.

Not worth it
It’s a very beautiful case, however it’s always popping off one of the corners of my phone and since buying and putting this on my phone I have dropped it once and broke my screen protector. When I had my wildflower case on which is much cheaper than this one I dropped my phone a hundred times and never had and issue.

Not very well-made had another otter boxes look a lot more, so yeah, this one is just a plain rubber case. You charge me five times more for than other people.

Great except the border can stain
Protection is great. The chai color was perfect neutral color and I love it for the most part. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the border of the case can stain (color rubbing off on to it). I do not put the phone in my jean pockets, it’s usually in my purse or on a table/desk. It’s not a drastic change that would make me change out the case, but for the price you would hope it doesn’t happen as quickly.

Love Otterbox but this one isn’t my favorite
Love the clear case and the phone was a one click setup. However when the phone is in my pocket very little pressure will cause the phone to pop out of the cover at a corner. It can be the top or bottom corner. There is dust under the cover after just a few weeks as the phone pops out daily. I am worried about the status of the phone after a few years. Otterbox is the only phone cover I have used for my last 4 phones so I have been a little disappointed with this one. I still feel like it will save my phone from a drop better than other covers while still being a slim fit.

Phone still shattered
I got this case because it is drop protectant, well I had this case for 2 weeks and the first time I dropped it my phone shattered. But it’s a pretty case.

Only downside was it did not fit in my defender holster, but I got the right one and all is well now. I wanted something bright, not black so it would be easier to find after dark

Durable case, but pretty green color doesn’t last
I’m a repeat buyer of the OtterBox Symmetry case for at least 6 years for various iphones. The case is sturdy but slim which I have always liked. Unfortunately the edges on the front and back side of the case are stained from being in my pocket after just 2 weeks. The flowers on the back look nice still, but the discoloration makes the case look much more worn than it is.

Protection Issue
I love the color and design of this case. I’ve always had outer boxes because I can sometimes be clumsy with my phones. The outer box cases have always protected my phones so I knew for my new iPhone 14 plus I wanted one. I didn’t like the colors of the other ones, but I loved this one. I didn’t really notice any problems with it until the second week. The buttons on the side that cover the volume buttons seem to move a lot. I know it sounds weird but it’s true! I remember seeing someone talk about this same issue when reading reviews previously… I didn’t really care about it because it still protected my phone. The main problem is how my case easily slips off of my phone on the right upper corner. I don’t know if it has less grab because of the camera? I’m so worried my phone is going to break now. Every time I take it out of my pocket that corner comes off. If I were you, I would probably not get the symmetry cases and get one of their other products. Cute colors though!

Worth the money!
Pattern and colors are so beautiful and look even better than in the picture but I have had the case for less than a month and it is already turning that ugly yellow color on the sides. Also the power and volume button covers wiggle a little which is a bit odd but I don’t mind it.
