Rated 5 out of 5 by from No response I contacted customer service a couple times because the screen protector bubbles up when you put the otter box on the phone … no one responded …so I like the otter box it’s self but can’t use it with a screen protector … tried 3 different ones … no response from the company on my emails … so have to give it 1 star …and I paid 80.00 for the otter box so not like I cheaper out …

What you get is poorly designed case with very few ugly color choices. It takes all your strength and patience to put this on. I’m hoping this will safe if I ever drop my phone. Apple comes up with such graceful cool iPhones and otterbox makes it look ugly. Designed by otters ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This case is extremely annoying This is the most frustrating case i’ve ever owned, i’ve had other otter box cases that are great but whoever designed how to put this thing on and take it off is crazy. phone cases should protect your phone and be easily removable and easier to put on, i’ll say you got an A on the first part but the other 2 were definitely Fs. Why were your old cases easier to remove and why in the world would you make this one so utterly frustrating.

The case wouldn’t go together easily and I was scared to break it if I needed to return. I asked to return but never received the tag or slip to return. I am out $70.00. Awful!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fit So far it’s good. I haven’t dropped my phone so I don’t know how well it protects but from the snug & precision fit it “seems” to be protected. However I do have a screen protector as well & a separate camera cover. It does add a little bit of bulk compared to other cases I tried with this phone but it does have great grip..probably why I haven’t dropped it yet,lol & I love the lavender color that compliments the purple hue of my iPhone which is just about the same color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Buttons did not align with the 14 Plus I got this cause I liked the toughness and clear option. And I do use MagSafe all the time for home and car accessories. However, this case wouldn’t fit or work at all so returned it to Best Buy. If this case truly fits an iPhone 14 plus with a Zagg screen protector then please send me and if it fits absolutely I’ll get it. But I don’t want to waste money again if it doesn’t and then wait on the hassle of returning and waiting for my money.

I was really disappointed to find the screen protector has been removed and the holster is no longer in the packaging lol. Same price though. I unfortunately have requested a return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Drastic design changes and no longer includes clip I have been purchasing the otter box defender series case for all of my phones and every one even the current non-iPhone models include the belt clip. I was very surprised that when I opened the iPhone 14 plus case that it is now a very different installation method than any other models I own and it takes way more time to put the case on and remove it. The clear backed defender pro case that I purchased also has some pretty sharp lines that can catch your fingers on the back, they also managed to make this case close to the same width as the S22 ultra case that I have. I will be swapping for the symmetry clear case. This is a strong pass in my opinion.
