Quality isn’t what it used to be
I’ve purchased an Otterbox Symmetry case for every iPhone I’ve had, and each time the quality decreases. The case just doesn’t seem to be as protective as it used to be.

I like the case. Sometimes I am so clumsy and I drop my phone , or it falls out of my purse and I swear that I have it pushed down into my purse. It's easy to get on and off. No struggling. The material looks like it will last

I received this and gave it to my daughter right away she’s always dropping and breaking her phones, well This time so far this case has been working wonderfully she definitely puts it to the test. Phone is not broken or have one scratch on it yet. Best case ever!

I use this on my work phone. I have been using OtterBoxes for many years. The cases are durable!!!! I have dropped phones/ipads on concrete, dropped in water......sink....... and everything is protected and undamaged. It's a great product and SOOOOOO worth the money. I believe my last cases lasted me over 3 years.

Flimsy Protection at Best
Does this case protect an iPhone 13? Yes.
Has the quality that OtterBox cases have come to be known for decreased in recent years? Yes.
This case is relatively lightweight, allows for buttons and ports to be used with ease, offers minimal protection to the front screen with a rounded protruding perimeter and barely protects the camera.
I was confused about the difference between this case and two other variations (since OB doesn't provide a ton of context to compare models. If I could go back in time, I would purchase the bulkier more protective case. Would not recommend this case to anyone serious about protecting their thousand dollar retail priced iphone

Reliable case
Slim, lightweight, and great tactile buttons. I had a symmetry case on my old phone that kept it protected for 2+ years. I wish the fit was slightly tighter around the charging port - I can see a tiny bit of the phone that’s not covered there.

This case fits the iphone 13 perfectly and looks good. It is definitely not one of the more rugged cases, but very tough and slim. I have dropped the phone twice with this case on with no damage. I would recommend a more durable case if you do construction or something where you have a high chance of it being crushed or dropped from high up. All in all I am very impressed with it and would recommend.

We have had otter box covers for as long as we have had smart phones. I have this one on my wife’s phone. She was concerned that it would be to big to fit in her purse, but after we got it on her phone she was happy with how little it made a difference to it.

Great protection
This OtterBox symmetry for my iPhone 13 is so well-made. I feel very secure with my iPhone 13 being in the OtterBox. It works fine the phone all the features work. The buttons are easy to use still. This is one less thing I have to worry about.

I like the different textures on the back
The picture of the design doesn't quite look the same as it does in person, so just be aware. The dark black parts of the back are matte, the gold is a very subtle glitter but not girly. It looks kind of unfinished in my opinion. Overall quality is great, especially since it's not as bulky as I thought Otterbox cases would be.

Good Slim Case
So far I’m very happy with this phone case. I usually only buy Otterbox cases but I don’t love that some are so big and bulky. Fortunately for me this one is the exact opposite. I love the slim and sleek approach to this case. It fits so much better in my pockets! It was very easy to get on and off and all the side buttons work easily with the case on. The only downfall I’ve seen so far was I dropped my phone at a weird angle and it hit the side and part of the case popped off and lifted up. It still protected my phone but it worries me if I drop it from a decent height that more than just one little corner will pop off. Overall, I would say it is one of my favorite cases.

This is a $20 case all day. They’re not even trying to hide the fact that you’re paying for the Otterbox name at this point. There just isn’t enough value to justify the price of this. Otterbox, if you’re listening, you need to be a little more reasonable with your pricing.

Love the look of this case
We have used Otter cases with our phones for many years and trust that they'll protect our devices. This case seems to fit the bill as well. I love the splatter paint look of this case, and I appreciate the thin design to avoid bulking up my phone.
I was a bit confused as the packaging didn't list this as for the iPhone 13 (but instead listed something generic like iPhone 2021. I think this is confusing and should be labeled for the specific version that it fits.

Not durable long term
My brother and i both got this case for our new phones and started to separate where the hard plastic meets the softer rubber within 6 months. All over the case. The bottom where the charger port is was the worst coming off completely. The volume buttons are often rendered useless because the case was no longer fitting my phone so the buttons couldn't be pressed without adjusting the rubber. The quality has significantly deteriorated since i first started using otter-box nearly 10 years ago. Very sad these cases are no longer reliable especially with how expensive they are.

I've bought the Symmetry case for every iphone i've had and I couldn't ask for a better case. It is slim so it doesn't feel bulky, but I know my phone is well protected. I like that the case is just a basic black and not obscene colors.
