Great case
I really like this case. It is hard enough to protect the back and corners. The raised edges around the front and camera areas are sufficient to protect that glass and lenses. It has enough texture that it hasn't slipped in my hand. The button covers are flawlessly responsive and I like that the power port and ringer buttons are uncovered. The "rubber" part is hard and stiff but is flexible enough that it's not difficult to put on or remove the case. I have not tried the MagSafe feature.
Why not 5 stars? The rubber along the bottom is very firm and the edges around the 3 cutouts are hard. When I want to type on my phone I rest the bottom on the side of my ring finger so I can use both thumbs. The edge of the power port cutout digs into my finger and it's uncomfortable after a few minutes. A softer rubber or beveled edges on the cutouts would improve the product.

Disappointed
I’ve used OtterBox for all my phones but this one is the worst. The design muffles the speaker so people can’t hear you talking. What the point of a case that interferes with the main function of the phone? I will be buying a different brand and hesitate to buy with my next phone.

Worse case I ever had. I have had 3 they have all 3 broke. Ordered a different off Amazon. Will not ever use this case again.

Loyal to Otterbox
I have used Otterbox for every phone I've had, and they have survived innumerable drops. The product has also improved. My first Otterbox protected my phone, but was prone to cracks in the sides. This case, very similar to the one I had for my iPhone 11, doesn't have that problem. One solid piece. Love the dark blue colour and the mat finish. Protects the screen and cameras and feels good in my hand, doesn't add a lot of bulk.

Good Slim Case
I enjoy this case. The phone charges well in the case. It is a smooth back but not excessively slippery. The pink is a nice bright color that stands out so I can find my phone better.
