Rated 5 out of 5 by from Don’t recommend this case style Not even a week after I got this case I dropped my phone from about 3 feet high and the back of it shattered. I had dropped my phone many times in another case and it didn’t impact my phone at all until I got this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome case! After ordering my new iPhone 13 Pro Max in gold I was looking for a case and this one instantly caught my eye. I love how it looks like parts of the gold on my phone are shining through and I’m super happy with the look. The build quality is amazing as well, best buttons on any case I’ve ever had and doesn’t add too much bulk to the phone either. My service has been great and I’ve been consistently been getting full bars and 5G in both rural and city environments. Wireless Qi and MagSafe charging have worked great on here as well. Definitely won’t be going back to other brands any time soon!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worst Purchase Ever I bought the SYMMETRY IPHONE 13 PRO MAX ENIGMA case. I received the case but when it was fitted on the iPhone 13 Pro max you can see the stainless steel outline of the IPhone and it’s extremely hard to fit on the IPhone 13 Pro Max. So I called customer service and explained my situation, they apologized and they said they will send me the same case again for the right IPhone which is for IPhone 13 Pro max because this case only fits IPhone 12 Pro Max. They sent me a new case but they sent me the same case which fits IPhone 12 Pro Max. Now I have two of the same cases that don’t fit my IPhone 13 Pro max. I’ve never experienced this type of service from this company. Very disappointed, will not be purchasing anything from otterbox anymore.

I’ve left a phone with this same case on my roof and had it go bouncing down the highway and be perfectly fine, needed a new case but the phone still looked good as new.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Repurposed iPhone 12 Pro Max Case - Buyer Beware I should have heeded the warning of other folks on here and avoid buying this case. Otterbox just repurposed the iPhone 12 Pro Max case and changed the label to sell it as an iPhone 13 Pro Max case to make money. The newer iPhone is thicker. Because of this, this case barely fits the iPhone and shows the exposed stainless steel outline of the iPhone. Avoid this until they create a proper case. An absolute shame from a great company.

The product listing does say it is for the iPhone 12 Pro Max too, but I think the new iPhone 13 pro max is slightly thicker (according to online reviews - that might be the issue here for me… or I got a dud. Anyway I can’t comment much else because I never got to use this beautiful case. I’m recommending this product, but only for iPhone 12 Pro Max users for now.

Otterbox is known for providing excellent protection, so when I saw that they came out with the ultra thin Symmetry series I knew I wanted to give it a try. 3x military drop-tested gives me confidence that it will be able to withstand the inevitable drops that will occur along the way. It has a nice snug fit and is comfortable to hold. Texture on the back is smooth with a matte finish so it is easy to slide into my pocket or purse. NO fingerprints. All buttons line up perfectly and are easy to press. It also has better connection with my wireless charger than my previous case. Highly recommend

He works at the family farm and you know how much labor is required for that job. He claims that he drops it often but it has protected his new phone.

I like how it's transparent and you can actually see your phone's original colors/design. The case was easy to put on, wasn't too tight, and did not involve a wrestling match.

This phone case I know it will provide great protection for my new iPhone 13 promax. One thing I did notice is at this phone case does also fit the iPhone 12 pro max as well for anyone who may have that device, this would work for it.

I have had several different cases over the years for my cell phone. When I get a new phone you always have to get a new case. I have been disappointed in other brands. But, the otter box case never lets me down. The slim sleek appearance of this symmetry series case is very protective for my phone. Doesn’t come with a screen protector and, I haven’t applied one the case surrounds your phone where you actually don’t need one. But, I will be purchasing one just for that extra protection. Otter box offers to replace if anything happens to your phone in the first year of owning their case. And, offers 10x the protection compared to other cases. I love their new sleek design. I would definitely recommend these cases to others. We will be purchasing another case for my husbands phone.

I have used other cases and lost chunks of my phone after dropping it with this one my phone still looks brand new after all the drops between me and my toddler.

This one is pretty slim, slim enough to put in my pocket with ease but also provide the protection that comes with the otterbox name. I’m happy I gave it another shot!

It is very comfortable to hold, and fits the phone so well. You can't even tell there is a case on it. The multiple color choices are a definite plus. The rubber surrounding the case detaches from the hard plastic after a few months. This has happened to the 4 that I have owned. Hopefully it won’t happen with the new ones that I’m expecting.

I took away one star because it doesn’t fit flush around the volume and power buttons leaving some of the phone metal exposed, almost like it needs to shrink a little.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not quite MagSafe I bought this case because I trust in Otterbox protection and have always purchased their symmetry cases and my phones have survived multiple drops! I love the Enigma design and was excited that it was MagSafe compatible. Sadly, it barely holds onto the charger and the popsocket MagSafe literally slides right off. So it does not work at all with my 13 pro max for the purpose intended. So sad.
