Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not as good as their previous screen protectors I bought a second screen protector after having issues with the first one. The second one turned out the same. Two small bubbles towards the top where the applicator was taped to the protector, and it started peeling up in the corners almost right away. I still have it on the phone, but am about to remove it and simply go without after buying AppleCare+ for it in case the screen breaks. If only the protectors were like the older ones where you simply placed a frame around the bare phone and placed it on. I never had a problem with those, but this new style applicator is what I believe to be the root issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Screen Bubbles even with Perfect Application Got this screen protector for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max, expecting it to be hit quality - coming from otterbox and being $50 - but after applying it to the brand new screen, there are three bubbles that are IMPOSSIBLE to remove. The bubbles are small, and I have tried pressing down on them for a few minutes and even using a flashlight to inspect for trapped dirt (there was none, that my eye could see) - the bubbles will NOT go away. Seems to be an inconsistency in the manufacturing process. Buyer beware, you can probably get a better screen protector for half the price of this one that doesn’t have screen bubbles.

The included dry wipe and dust sticker don’t seem to be enough to cut it and leaves dust statically attracted to screen crating bubbles. They are small, but still I see them every time I open this phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very smooth I bought the screen protector about a month ago. After one week it got scratched, otter box sent me a new one right away. Applied the new one and it has a small bubble on the top that is in the glass. Tried several times to lift and push out but it won’t come out. Other then that it’s a good product, smooth to the touch and will protect your screen.

I've sent customer support a message about it, I'll change my review if I get support and will continue to update it as it goes. The guide for the iPhone 11 Pro Max was way better than the guide they give you for this phone. It should never be this hard to apply a screen protector without bubbles.

I’ve had this a few weeks but was easy to install with the help sliding case that you adjust when you insert phone into tray be sure to clean phone screen wheel before applying. Once adjusted line up the notch on the film to top of tray to place in perfect lined up with phone use squeegee provided to remove air bubbles I watched a few U-Tube videos so it was easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tiny air bubble like other reviews mentioned Tiny air bubble on top right corner edge of the screen. Literally sitting right on the edge of the protector, and even when pressing it down or using some object to get the air out, the bubble will not disappear. I looked closely and there does not seem to be a piece of dust in between the iPhone screen and protector. The protector just does not want to adhere. It has been more than 24 hours since I applied the screen protector and the air bubble is still there. Other reviewers seem to have this same issue so beware when purchasing this protector. I felt like I just wasted my money. Im super close to ripping the protector off, and just purchasing a cheaper one from Amazon.

I bought a new "amplify" screen protector for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max; I was really surprised with the clarity, and the sensitivity that presented no issues with touch. The screen colors were great! I had a little trouble getting the spots out of it on installation. Its just very hard to get laid down properly even with the tool(s provided. I had a few areas where it looked like dirt that would just not get removed and created a bubble or two that were in the middle of the screen protector..... I requested a replacement, and one was sent within a week, and it came out GREAT this time! Very Happy with the product and support. Advice: package two of these in one box.... its almost asking for problems to have a piece that is harder to install work out on the first try! People like me would pay a little extra for two protectors in a box!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every iPhone I've Owned Lived in an Otterbox Just got the 13 ProMax and was thrilled that my Otterbox arrived before my phone so it could be protected from the first moment I used it. I am quite clumsy and my phones are always flying out of my hands, sliding under cars, rolling under restaurant tables - but the Defender series has protected me from every having a broken screen or phone EVER. It is a must have for my Apple investments. Thanks for making such an awesome product for the butterfingers of the world like me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Purchased this screen protector to give it a try with my new phone. So far no issues with it cracking or breaking in the last month. The best part about the whole setup is the installation. They give you a frame to put your phone in along with the screen protector attached to that. You peel off the backside and there is a slot at the top of the frame and protector that you hook into. Then just press down and apply it to the phone. Goes on easily and perfect. Just smooth out any bubble (I had very few small ones and then you’re good to go.

Pulled out 10 minutes later to check our route and it was cracked. I am a huge fan of Corning and see it as one of our last materials innovators here in the US, so its failure came as a significant disappointment. I guess we will be outdone.

As soon as we put the case on the glass started started pulling up on the one edge. It was put on following the instructions provided and the materials provided with the glass. Looked great until the Otterbox case was put on the phone then it is just about worthless. Dust and dirt is getting caught under it from him taking it to work and it’s only been four days since purchase.

Customer service contacted me and sent us a new one. They are fantastic and stand by their product. This new one fits perfectly. Thank you!!! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best phone cover yet Having worked for wireless carriers for 26 years and I will never use another case other than Otterbox. I have to say they outdid themselves with the Defender XT. All the mighty protection of the Defender without the bulk!!!!! 5x more drop protection. A total WIN! I recently had to order another case - went to the IPhone 13 Pro Max and it is an amazing case for this large phone.
