Defender replacement holster is useless
Like many others, I like the Defender case and the holster that came with the case held the phone snugly. But it broke and I have gone through 3 replacement holsters for my iphone 13 Pro. Otterbox clearly changed the design. The phone fell out of the first two holsters. The phone clicks into the third replacement from Otterbox but is loose side-side and up-down on the two corners. No confidence it will hold while walking around. It is a shame that they changed an excellent holdster design into a crappy and useless holster. This wasn't my first Otterbox Defender but it may be my last.

Fantastic until the protruding plastic piece that holds the phone in place breaks. I'm on my 3rd holster for this phone.

Belt clip doesn’t even hold the case
I just got my phone and of course I wanted otterbox for their excellent cases. A few days after getting my case, the belt clip broke. So I ordered a new one. Well this one is a waste of money. It doesn’t hold the phone case at all. It was a waste of money. I love their cases usually, but this one lacks the great protection that they are known for. All in all the case is decent but the OEM belt clip needs to be trashed.

It took many weeks to arrive, if you need a product from Otterbox I suggest that you buy it from a local store. My iPhone holder broke and wanted it to wear on my belt, after a week had gone by I was ent able to wait any longer. I went to Verizon and bought a new case, I finally receive my order almost a month after my order.
I tried to call customer service to have it replaced and couldn’t get through. My case was 11 months old and was told by Verizon it should be covered by Otterbox.
I love the case and refuse to go without it.

Disappointing product
I'm disappointed in that every so often my phone falls out of my "holster," even though I had firmly inserted it. Needless to say, if I were to lose my cell phone because of that shortcoming, I would be very troubled. I "used" to have a holster for my cell phone that NEVER had that problem. But the current Otterbox one that I have is seemingly more flimsy. DISAPPOINTING indeed.

I would definitely recommend the OtterBox holster.
I always keep my phone on my desk with the holster clip opened, so my phone sits at an angle, and I can easily see the face of my phone. I first purchased two off brand holsters and the holster clips broke within weeks. I finally purchased the OtterBox holster. I just dropped my phone the other day and I fully expected to see the holster broke. I was pleasantly surprised that it held up to my abuse. A little more money, but the product quality is beyond compare.

The OtterBox iPhone pro max defender series is by far the best case and holster I’ve ever had for any of the mobile phones I’ve ever had through out the years. (And I’ve had several)

Otterbox holster
It was everything I expected. My iPhone fit into the holster well and the clip on the holster was easy to fit onto my belt. The phone stays in the holster securely and it is easy to detach and attach the phone from the holster.

Works amazing for a farmer!
I bought the clips for my dad. He works on a farm and uses your case and clips. He has had his phone for 2 years now and it hasn’t even broke yet. He also had his phone before this in your case and clip for 4 years and it never broke!

Support le me astray
I asked your online support chat what holster works with the Defender XT case. I was told the Defender holster. When I received it, it is too big in width and does not hold the phone properly. I was really disappointed with support misguiding me into the wrong holster. I do not see a holster for the Defender XT Case. Is there one??

Poor customer service
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I ordered this in February and have gotten nothing but the run around after discovering it did not fit my case. The first person said that they would send me a case that fit the holster but sent the exact same case I already had. Called back and was told my the csr that they would "expedite shipping" and send a new case with a new holster because they do not make a holster for the case I had. A week later I still have not received it so I am not sure what "expedited shipping" means to them but the first 2 screw ups took less than a week to deliver with regular shipping. Absolutely ABSURD!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere.

Holster clip did not fit phones tightly
The holsters I bought do not fit the phone very well very loose. I had to modify holster clip to keep phone in holster.
