I have returned it, but since I am a loyal Otterbox user, I will order something else once the refund hits my account. How about some Defender cases in these beautiful colors? Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I have always purchased Otterbox. This case just feels cheap. All the other Otterbox cases that I have purchased were better quality. The plastic on this case feel cheap, slick, hard plastic.

The idea of the pop socket being attached directly to the case is a really cool idea so it doesn’t stick out especially in your pocket, however it is locked to the one location and if you have larger fingers( like me it’s tough to fit them under the pop socket. I really like it don’t get me wrong but if you are one to put your pop socket in a more convenient location for your hands you may want to just get the regular otterbox case. Overall I would give it a 8 out of 10 just for that reason. The case it’s self is great. Dropped my phone around 5-6 times on pavement and it did what it was designed to do….protect the phone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always the Otterbox I’ve been using the otterbox brand since I owned my first iPhone. I love how they added the popsocket into the case. It’s in a great position to avoid hand fatigue. I’ll def keep buying. I still think the price is high, but I’m an otterbox snob so I’ll keep buying lol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pop comes up short After having used the traditional stick on popsocket for years now, and being that it’s paired with the symmetry case, I was very excited to try this case. The problem with it though, is that the popsocket is sunken down into the case, which does makes for a more narrow profile, but ultimately shortens the stem of the popsocket. This means that your fingers are squeezed against the case much tighter, which fixates your hand to a much more static position, and makes it a lot more difficult to maneuver your hand and the phone. This might be a good thing for some as it is a great case, but for me, it’s a deal breaker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pop it socket poor quality For the second time now (ordered one, broken, returned for a replacement, and now second one broken again), the pop-it socket on the back has come broken. Once expanded, it’s just shredded and doesn’t hold shape (stay out). I had this case for my iPhone8 for years and loved it. So when I got an iPhone 13, I knew exactly what case I wanted. Disappointed in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Different quality from before Having purchased this in the past, the quality of the pop socket itself, as well as the case, has diminished considerably. I ordered two from a faster-shipping online store before coming directly to Otterbox, only to have all three — within moments of first use — crack open in the expanding plastic of the pop socket. I kept this case, as the others were easier to return, and added on the pop socket from the previously purchased case for the older phone model. Still not loving the quality of the case itself, but tired of the hassle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pop socket The built in pop socket is in the direct center of the case back. This does not allow me to prop the phone up for regular viewing. I can only prop it on the pop socket if I turn the phone sideways. Also the pop socket does not pop out far enough for adult size fingers. I have average size fingers and have to smush my fingers under the open socket.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I want to love it, but… In theory, this is a great case. The popsocket works, the matte texture is lovely, it’s tough as nails. The problem is that it simply doesn’t fit right. The rubber bulges outwards on each side near the corners and buttons, so there’s an exposed strip of the phone on each side of the screen, attracting lint and aggravating my OCD. I contacted Otterbox, they sent a replacement for $10 per warranty… which had the exact same issue. I tried both cases with a friend’s iPhone 13 to see if it was my phone, nope, still bulges. I don’t know if it’s a problem with certain batches or I just have awful luck or what, but it makes what could be a great case into a waste of $60.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective Product I've been sent 3 defective cases in a row, I've used this type of case for my last 2 iPhones, but the new ones seem to be of a lower quality that previous cases. The popsocket just falls apart immediately or after a day's use.
