Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheap becomes expensive and expensive is cheap My original otter box wore out and I did not want to spend the money again so tried a knock off on amazon. After very little time it became sticky and stayed that way. That was never the case with otter box. It always felt good in my hands. I've learned my lesson.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality! Stood the test of 4 years before replacing! I got this case when the iPhone 12 first came out in 2020 and I have dropped that thing soooo many times. It was only this year at some point that I had dropped it enough that the OtterBox was badly damaged. I finally replaced it…with the same case (just a different color)! The screen protector has been broken several times when I drop it at just the wrong angle but between that and the OtterBox, my phone has been saved! I’ve tried other cute cases before and they just don’t compare to the protection I’ve received with Otter Box. I do wish there were more colors and the lighter colors do tend to discolor on the silicone part but otherwise, I have no complaints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My iPhone got run over by a truck today I ran across the street today and my iPhone 12 Pro Max leaped out of my pocket. I turned around and saw a mammoth f150 heading strait for it at like, 45mph. I wasn’t gonna risk it and run back into the street so all I could do was stand there, watching in horror as it made direct contact. In that moment I knew the 1300$ phone was as good as toast, but to my absolute delight and surprise it was not only just ok, it was absolutely fine without a scratch. I don’t know what kind of space man technology went into this case, but if it can literally handle being dropped onto asphalt than run over by a speeding truck, it’s worth it’s weight in gold. Thank you OB for saving my buns today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Case Purchase Item arrived right on time, which I appreciated. The case fits perfectly and is not hard to put on. It feels sturdy and well-made, and the grip is nice without being bulky. Overall, a solid OtterBox case that does exactly what you expect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good looking case, bad MagSafe integration MagSafe barely attaches to my charger, unlike older OtterBox it is replacing. This has resulted in mornings with an uncharged phone because it doesn’t attach well to the charger. With 2020 version of this case, I can hold the phone by charger cord and the magnet is strong enough to keep it attached.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loyal Otterbox fan Love my Otterbox! Originally purchased one three years ago. As promised, was replaced free of charge just a few weeks ago when I could no longer get it to properly fit on my phone after removing it. (Original was pretty battered from use.) Original had more of a “case” feel to it since it had top and bottom pieces that snapped together; I liked that. Hoping the hard rubber edge on the replacement doesn’t allow dirt and debris to collect on inside seams or along the left-side ringer button.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does not protect the back glass from minor drops. Did not protect the back glass from breaking on my phone. I bought this case to avoid a $500 repair. For years, I have protected my phones with otter box cases. You can imagine my disappointment when removing my phone for cleaning when I discovered that the back glass is shattered. The case looks fine and I still use it (to hide the fact that the back glass is shattered) It’s just if I ever want to replace the battery or resell the phone, it’s going to cost me over $500 to replace the back glass. This will be the last time I purchase a commuter case and possibly an otterbox case. With phones costing over a grand these days, I don’t think otterbox is up to the task to protect them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone not cracked after falling on highway . I got this case for my 13-year-old son‘s phone, knowing that he’s 13 and probably can’t take care of a phone properly. Well sure enough his sister picked him up from a friends house and he put the phone on top of the car. They proceeded to drive several miles and got on I 95 going 70 miles an hour in the right lane. The phone was on top and flew off onto the side of the highway. An hour later we tracked his phone on Life360 went back thinking maybe we could find his phone while there it was sitting on the side of 95 Without one crack on it, the case had fallen off and we couldn’t find it , but the phone was in perfect condition we couldn’t believe it. This will be the only case we use on our phones saved us a lot of money of having to replace the phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I only had one choice I only had one choice at the time that fits my older iPhone. My older OtterBox was fantastic but wore out. The old OtterBox came with MagSafe I have now learned , but this one doesn’t. I didn’t realize I really wanted MagSafe for convenient charging. This one also has an annoying flap that covers the charge portal because I have to use a charge cable now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new Otterbox is terrific. My new Otterbox is terrific. While it is true that my old (Who remembers? But it was somewhere between 7-12 years old. ) Otterbox was literally falling apart, it had been attacked by many of the assorted things I kept in my purse: wallet, comb, pens, pencils, emery boards, etc. Actually, I was thrilled it had lasted as long as it had. Of course, I would purchase a new one, but was disappointed that I could not just walk into an Apple store and obtain one. My phone was too old! Luckily, I could get one online from the Otterbox Company. Yay! Yes, I had to wait about a week, and was hopping on my toes each day waiting for it to come. Then it came, and I took my lovely old phone with its brand-new battery and dressed it in its new finery! I am so happy that I have a new Otterbox. Thank you Otterbox Company for keeping these in stock.
