Best case I bought yet
I got this a couple days ago I like it a lot way better than the lifeproof case I spent 100$ on the lifeproof and it sucked because the screen protector it has kept getting bubbles and was annoying watching videos but this otter box is cool and reminds of the older iPhones with the square look it has great purchase

Love this lil case!
I appreciate that this case is smaller than the Defender and still very protective! I've managed to drop my phone a couple times and I'm not worried about it at all with this thing.

Meh
It’s not rubbery enough so it slides away when propped up in a vertical stance, it didn’t come with a screen cover to protect from scratches and grip ridges don’t really help in my rough hands. So I really made a poor choice in selecting the cover, but in my defense there wasn’t a very good description of the product.

Good case, a bit loose
I’ve been using this case for a few weeks and it’s great except for the fact it looser than the previous design. Often when taking it out of my pocket I’ll find the case has slipped off at one end of the phone. If the phone is dropped at this point the screen is vulnerable.

Protection for iPhone
I have purchased and used Otter Boxes for all of my phone. It is great to have that assurance that if/when I drop my phone it is protected; however the protective screen cover is added on with a purchase price of $49.00. Commuter Series do not come with a screen protecter; this is extra add-on expense. All Otter Boxes should come with a screen protector allowing the phone to totally protected.

It does the job.
I like the amplified glass that covers my screen. No smuggest. The case on the other hand. I should have bought the commuter one with the rubber and hard case. I used that before. Which is separated. This one is all in one so taking the phone out is easy. However, you need to take the phone out of the case if you are charging your phone wirelessly. that is why I gave it a four.

Works Great!
I purchased this case for my father's new iPhone 11 pro and it works great! His old case held up for the last 5 years with no issue so I knew I had to get him the same case for when he got his new phone. Will always purchase Otter Box cases for our phones!

Solid and protective
Solid and protective though a little slippery, the back needs better grip like the sides

Loving my otter
I for sure needed a case to protect my iPhone 11 max. I love this commuter case because it’s light and the color is awesome. It’s easy to put on and take off.

I Love OtterBox
I always buy Otterbox cases for my phone/ipad. Once I had the top piece above the charger port break off but that's the only problem I've ever had. I'm always dropping my phone & I know my case will protect it and it always does

Mostly does what its supposed to do
I was looking for a case that would protect my phone, but not be too bulky. The only complaint I have about the construction is the height the bumper sticks up above the screen - its not enough. My screen feels very vulnerable, however, it hasn't broken yet. I guess I should have gone with the Defender. I really like Otterbox and desperately tried to find an attractive cover, but unfortunately, they don't have any. Would love to see a larger color choice.

Minimal Protection
This case offers slight protection. I don't know how protective it is for drops without testing it, which I'm not going to do, but it's probably decent. It definitely doesn't have a large enough lip on the front to protect the screen, which is my biggest concern.

great product
I like the colors i got the pink with purple. The shell is hard the only downside is when I put it by my dashboard it falls bc the shell is hard and I use to have one for the iphone 6 the shell was rubber so it wouldn't fall from the dashboard. I thought this would be the same product. But in overall this case will protect my phone and therefore I'm happy.

Never lets me down!!
I’m as happy with this case as I have with all my OtterBox commuter cases. It’s works great, keeps the dust out, and the buttons line up. My last 3 phones all had the same commuter case that they started with and I’m sure that will be the case with this one. Thank you OtterBox.

Good protection of my iPhone 11 pro
I've used Otterbox before on my Samsung phone, and got a similar one for my new iPhone 11 pro. It provides good protection, and is not too bulky. I like that there is a cover over the charging port. I hike a lot and my phone gets covered with dead leaves and branches.

Seems strong.
I had an Otterbox for years on my last phone and it worked well especially considering I have a toddler. I'm writing this review after just two weeks so I cannot speak to it in the same way I can my last one but it seems strong and comfortable like the last one.

OtterBox make the best products. I've tried other brands of phone cases but no others live up to the quality and dependability of OtterBox. They are also very easy to clean.

Great protection, wireless charging temperamental.
Great case, offers amazing screen protection when paired with an Otterbox edge to edge screen protector. The raised lip on the front of the case is great, as it doesn’t allow the screen protector to drag on table tops when you put the phone down. The case is also designed so that the three camera lenses on the back will not contact any hard flat surfaces you lay the phone on. The downside with all this protection, is at the sacrifice of reliable wireless charging. I’ve tried more than four different Qi chargers, from lay flat to stands, all of which if the phone is not properly situated exactly so will cause the phone to start charging and then fail mid charge. Of the nightly charges over the course of three weeks about 40 percent fail. No case, no problem, phone charges 100 percent of the time as expected. OtterBox claims this case is wireless charging friendly, which simply isn’t the absolute truth. I’ve decided to keep the case for more rugged outings but not as an everyday case.

I’m satisfied!
Pocket friendly and light weight. The down side is, it’s too slick to prop up against anything. You will have to buy some sort of propping device. The rubber support covering over the volume buttons and silence switch is weak and you’re easily able to pull back on it to expose the volume button. I believe it should be firm, so no dust particular enter. Also to give better protection on the edge of the phone. These phones aren’t cheap! Over all I would give it a solid 4.0. From my experience if you’re looking for safety and comfort I would choose the commuter series. This case blows the defender series out of the water. I’ve own both.
