Worst design
Bought this screen protector for my Brand new 12.9 iPad along with the New Symmetry 360 Elite and it has not been a good time. The case and the screen protector do not fit. The case makes the screen protector lift from the iPad no matter how you try to install it. Otterbox used to be the premium in cases and screen protectors I dont know what happened.

Better than I expected.
Positive past experience with Otterbox lead me to order the glass screen protector before I had my new iPad in hand. I have used it for several weeks now and I am completely satisfied. I had been apprehensive about the install process, but that was wasted anxiety. The directions for installation are as crystal clear as the product itself. I congratulate the writers of those directions. They were impressively easy to follow and nearly error proof.

This is plastic, not glass
The statement that this is glass and '5x stronger than soda lime glass' is a total lie.
See the picture I took after scratching it moderately with a pair of kitchen scissors.
Soda lime glass is the same glass used in windows, bottles, etc. Needless to say, the same scissors had 0 effect scratching my window panes, as expected.
The sticker used to apply this was also made of such poor quality that it left glue on the screen.

Good glass cover, but application is very iffy.
Almost impossible to apply without bubbles that can't be removed.

Poor installation and design
Poor installation design and setup. After meticulously cleaning & preparing my screen for the protector, it still had bubbles that would NOT go away. Don’t waste your money on the screen protector!
