I love it

Not Good, Air Bubble City.
Air bubbles would not come out. I tried everything to get them to get out, but to no avail. I sent it back/returned it and the Refund Process Took weeks for me to get my money back. Disappointed. In fairness the screen resolution was a lot more life like and crystal clear. It definitely enhanced screen color, but not worth the aggravation.

No instructions
No instructions and I ended up installing incorrectly. This resulted in fingerprints on the sticky side and I had to throw it out.

I prefer otter box because in addition to its reliability, if you should have a problem customer service is fantastic and works to keep you happy with their product.

I could not get the air bubbles from under the protector no matter how hard I tried. Also there were no installation instructions. I expected much more for a $50 dollar product. Customer service said they would send a replacement. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.

Great Protection, no instructions
My biggest complaint is no instructions. First attempt was a complete failure, but Otterbox sent a replacement. The alcohol wipe, cleaning cloth, and dust remover were the size you would need for a phone, not a 12.9” iPad. They were about the size of a credit card, had to use/find other prep supplies. The replacement went on good ( after finding a video on line with just two small bubbles that completely disappeared after a day or two. Otterbox needs an installation video on their websites and they need to include bigger prep materials.

Bought new from otter box and it shifted in transit or was used. Stickers were off and the ones that were on left marks. Can’t get a refund. Save yourself the trouble and buy a cheap one on Amazon
