Not an intuitive installation process
I have never had such a horrible time installing a screen protector. This is not the first time I have done this but wow did it look like it by the time I was done! Bubbles everywhere, dust that I KNOW was not there had snuck in and was impossible to remove. This was not worth the price to me at all.

Disappointing Quality, Not Ready for Market
I have always trusted Otterbox for my phone cases and screen protectors, even when they’re a bit pricier. Normally, I don’t mind paying more for quality, but this time, the screen protector really let me down.
Within just a day or two after installation, the screen protector became visibly scratched, despite no drops or rough use. It was simply from putting my phone in and out of my pocket or bag. To make matters worse, within a few days, the edge chipped off and the protector cracked. Again, this was from normal use—no drops, nothing out of the ordinary, which is surprising because I've used other Otterbox protectors for years without any issue.
Luckily, Otterbox has a great warranty and return policy, and they quickly provided me with a refund when I contacted them. However, I had to purchase a different brand’s screen protector in the meantime. I hope Otterbox improves this product because it’s just not up to their usual standards right now.

Bubble issues
Very hard to put on without some bubbles. I attempted to push out the bubbles as instructed but could not get rid of them all.

Bad screen protector
Couldn’t be used it arrived cracked wasted money. Should have just bought it from apple.
