Cracked in less than 12 hours
Was on my phone for less than 12 hours before it cracked. No drops or bumps. No reason for it to crack. Attempted to get a refund and never heard back from customer service.

Shattered after a couple days
Love otterbox cases but their screen protector shattered within a couple days of puttting it on my phone. I paid for a replacement under warranty but it still hasn’t been sent after a couple weeks.

Not a good design for install
The phone does not fit into the plastic to align the glass easily. Had to prop the phone sort of in and out of the plastic base and then align the glass manually. Glass fit nicely but install was a pain!

Shattered immediately
Shattered when I was putting it on my phone. Sent pic to OtterBox and I was told I need to return the item for any replacement. Yes, let me collect the shards to return. Otherwise no reply/response from the company.

Too difficult to install for the price
Went on terribly, couldn't get air bubbles out. Attempted to install and ended up throwing directly in trash. Before you blame me, I'm an adult who has installed 50 of these over the years. This one is the worst.
