An average screen protector
A little harder to put on than I thought. Took a lot of work to remove a couple of bulbs trapped under the glass after installing it as instructed.

Great screen protector!
Screen protector seems thick and substantial. What I really liked is the installation method. In the past I’d always get bubbles and couldn’t get them out. So, I’d usually go to a store and get them installed. However, this installation went perfectly. It’s perfectly aligned without a single bubble or imperfection. I’ll be getting these from now own!

Not my favorite.
This size of the protector does not work well with the commuter case. The corners are too close and push up on the protector. Used the guide and everything but still not great.

Drop = Shatter
I had my phone fall off a bench that was only a little over a foot tall and the bottom of the screen protector hit causing it to crack and spread. Never had a screen protector break over such a little hit. Expected it to be more durable.

Placing was a dream, its durability in an empty pocket is not. The lower corner chipped and spalled off. For this price I should have gotten more than one days use.

Directions confusing and screen hard to apply!
The protective cover is so hard to put on. I read the directions but it doesn't look like the materials given. I had to ask my husband to do it. After he put it on, it wasn't completely centered even using the enclosure provided. He had to take it out and re-centered it.

Didn’t Last A Month
The screen protector went on fine, was clear and awesome, this was on the boyfriends phone a couple days before Christmas. It’s now barely the second week of January, phone was barely dropped and today the whole screen protector shattered. I have a similar screen protector and dropped mine on concrete on top of a mountain and it cracked but nowhere near this bad, not sure if the quality went down between 2023 and now but they need to get it together cause I saw other people having similar problems. Not happy. Boyfriend is sad.

The application kit was different than the last one I had. It looked more complicated, but it wasn't and it worked very well. I haven't had any problems with bubbles so far. I had a lot with the last one so I'm pretty happy with this one.

Saved my screen!
Just purchased iPhone 17. Went to grocery store, dropped phone flat on front. I could see 3 cracks across screen and a chunk out of edge of screen. Turns out all the damage was on screen protector and not actual device screen! Defender case should have prevented this damage. Was not a huge fall. 3 feet? Glad I at least had glass screen protector. It did what my cheap Defender case could not.

Great screen protector, horrible instructions
Fits perfectly and looks great. The installation instructions, however, are worthless. It makes 0 sense. Clear as mud. The prescribed process to install is also worthless. What they tell you to do is not possible. I had to simply figure it out and then press down on the glass really hard to smooth out the air bubbles. 5 stars because it’s a great product.

Followed the directions with a new phone out of the box. There was an air bubble in the top corner that could be worked out but it would come back quickly. I'm unsure if it's a phone flaw or a protector flaw. It's enough to warrant 3 stars. Other than that it works well.

Ok, us a professional install instead.
While this is probably like any screen protector, instructions weren’t clear and still can’t get a smooth adhesive finish on the screen. Bubbles remain and have tried everything. I’d skip this and just have a professional install.

Installation Frame Needs Work
The installation of the screen protector was easy to follow BUT did not center on my phone properly. There are no air bubbles in the middle of the screen but the edges still haven’t adhered to my phone after several weeks. I plan to keep it on until it lifts off the screen on its own or gets more bubbles then go with another protector.

Horrible and cheap!!!
I have been an otterbox customer for years!!! This year is just horrible. I purchased 3 cases and 3 screen protectors. Within 1 month the screen protector cracked!! How you may ask? I threw my phone on my bed and it landed on my small Roku remote. CRACK. Otter box so kindly set me a replacement. Okay cool. Upon installing the replacement the top is either already cracking or falling apart. It just looks cheap and flimsy. I’m so disappointed and my phone feels so unprotected. Never felt so disappointed in a product. Especially not one that I considered to have such a good rep

Screen protector was applied exactly as described after many minutes of examination and deliberation. I did not screw up the application. The periphery of the entire protector lifts from the screen. This is a very poor fit for the iphone 17pro. Do NOT purchase this product for the iphone 17pro. I requested a new protector or refund and was asked to pay 12$ or something for a new one. So i just cut my loss and moved on.

Otterbox screen protector for IPhone 17 pro
This is my first IPhone, so along with buying the Otterbox rugged case, I ordered the screen protector. The first one peeled off when I removed the frame, and would not reinstall without massive bubbles, so I called customer service. They sent me a replacement with no fuss. Second installation went well and screen protector stayed on correctly. It does not seem to effect the sensitivity for touch controls, and knowing this expensive phone is protected, is seriously comforting. Thanks for GREAT CS people!
