I have a Samsung S26
I have a Samsung S26 phone which means all the "buttons" are on the right side. As a right hander, if I'm holding my phone in my right hand and lower it into the belt clip (either right side carry or crossdraw), the phone on/off button falls directly under the clip that secures the phone and it does not seat all the way in without taking a moment to squeeze extra hard to latch it in. If Otterbox would move the clip a bit, I think it would secure the phone better. I work on a cattle ranch so when I "lose my phone", it's hard to find, so I am paranoid about securing it properly and this case does not give me confidence it will hold my phone all the time. I used another brand for years with my S10E and the only time it dropped the phone was when I physically broke the belt holder.
I will say though that the S10E wore the same Otterbox Defender case for its entire life and the phone itself survived every mishap and about 8-10 belt clips. That's why my S26 has an Otterbox Defender case.

It's the protection that I paid for
Had to replace my previous phone, which had been protected by an Otterbox, because the OS was no longer being updated. (I use my phone for work and it no longer met security standards.)
It was in immaculate shape, physically.
So of course I ordered Otterbox to protect my new phone. Holster was free. I win.

Wouldn't use anything but an Otterbox
I have used Otterbox with my last 3 phones. I would not use any other phone case. Takes a little more effort to put them on, but worth every minute of it. I'm sure you could abuse your phone in some manner that the Otterbox wouldn't protect against, but the peace of mind you get knowing your phone is protected against almost every other scenario is priceless. I wouldn't use anything else.

Better if holster came with case
These are great. Been using them for years but they used to come bundled. . . case and holster. Now they're separate. Had to live with the case grabbing every bit of lint from my pocket while the holster order was submitted, processed, shipped and delivered. Far from ideal. Provide an option to buy them together instead of offering the 'free' holster afterwards.

Hello there, The product itself
Hello there,
The product itself is great, sturdy and protective. I had long experience with your cover cases and I know your products are strong. The thing is with the delivery, I received it with three corners out of the envelope. The delivery company didn't use proper envelope. My item, three corners were out, the envelope was like squeezed. It wasn't professional. I was about to return it but because there was no broken edges, I decided to keep it. It was a proof how sturdy it's. Contact the delivery company to pick up protective proper kind of envelope in the future for others. Thanks
