Otter Really Sucks
Horrible experience, they sent wrong case. Immediately contacted them about returning it. After 10 days of no response I contacted their corporate office and was processed for return. Was informed I'd be charged $5.00 as return fee. More like I'm not going to return as a customer fee. I typed in their website drop down bar for my model phone and it proceeded to show me a case that ended up being the wrong. Their mistake.....I pay!

Otterbox Always Pleases
Otterbox has been our families go-to supplier for sturdy, dependable phone and tablet cases for many years. We love the Defender series. I had to order a second case but that was my own fault for not getting the correct full phone model# first time. The black case was not in stock immediately after Christmas holiday so I requested notification when restocked and got a text a few days later. Fast turnaround! My son received gift package in mail quickly and said it was a perfect fit for his phone.
