Another great product.
I have only ever used the Fré brand line of protective cases for my iphone throughout the years. never bought any insurance for my phone, but relied on the security of the Fré (previously, Lifeproof) case for protection instead. Never had a single insident in over 8 years while my phone was in a Fré case. They usually last about 3 years. I cheaply chose not to replace my last Fré case when it wore out and paid the price, having cracked my screen within days of using an offbrand protective case. I'm happy that it works with the apple Magsafe charger, so i don't have to keep opening the charging port on the case to charge it - which was the weakest part of the case on previous phones. Big time fan of Fré right here .

I ordered 2 cases from here. They advertised 2 day shipping if over $50. I spent $165 and it took 10 days to receive my order

Arrived broken — they are known to break…
Arrived broken — they are known to break, but usually after a month or two! Here's the deal, I won't buy anything but a Fre for my phones. They always break, from the switches to the camera plastic, but they do keep the phone safe. I had an iPhone 12 mini and they stopped making the Fre which means they stopped making good on the warranty which left me buying more cases that eventually cost more than the phone. And, that's actually one of the reasons why I bought a new phone. I couldn't keep buying replacement cases so I bought a new phone so I'd have a Fre with a valid warranty. Anyway…the first iPhone 15 Fre was on my phone for all of 20 minute when I attempted to use the volume control know and it just fell off. They shipped a me a replacement case without shipping charge, normal shipping time.

Time will tell
Via online chat I asked for the most robust Otterbox for the iPhone 15. I was told this was it, and ordered it. With the belt accessory, it was about 2.5 times what I paid for my iPhone 7 Otterbox in 2016. The new one does not seem as strong, only time will tell. I do like the little button on the side that helps turn the ring on and off.

Great case! except audio quality…
Case looks great on the iPhone 15! It’s slim and not bulky with is a good thing, I dislike bulky cases. Just a note why it’s not a 5 star review. This new case is almost too water resistant in my opinion. I previously owned lots of FRE cases with previous generation phones and never had an issue. The main speaker grilles at the bottom of device are so well sealed that sound can’t get out, where previous gen cases like the iPhone 11 had no problem. Makes stereo sound not the best but I guess it’s a trade off for water resistance. Have to open the charger port in order for the sound to escape which kinda defeats the purpose of waterproofing it. Overall good case, but if that’s a deal breaker, go with a defender case they are more slim this year as well.

Heavy duty otter box
I’ve only had this cover a few weeks but am afraid I already see some small blemishes on front screen. If it gets bad I’ll cut out that plastic and get a screensaver but it won’t be waterproof anymore. I think I liked my last otterbox better that wasn’t a complete cover like this one

The case did not seal out dust at all. The inside of my gas was always covered with dust, had to take it apart multiple times to clean.

Almost perfect. Only thing I would have improved is the plug-in seal. It seems that eventually it will split off from the body with wear and tear.

Slick Case
Made well, however the case is so slick I that it makes it hard to hold and it slides all over the place while driving. I really miss my old rubberized Otterbox case. Also the speaks are somewhat distorted with this case. I’ll be replacing this case soon

Doesn’t fit iPhone 15 Max Pro
Although the site and description say it fits an iPhone 15 Max Pro, it doesn’t. The camera me are different and prevents the case from fitting.

Case is way to slippery and drop once and damage corner of case. Would not recommend if you are getting for it being durable.

Great Waterproof Case to Protect My Expensive Phon
GREAT Case and great customer service. I have had a variety of waterproof cases through the years and Otterbox seems to have gotten everything right with this one. It is not bulky, has a great quality "feel" to it, the hole for the power cord is big enough to fit my cables. The screen is clear and the touch sensitivity is flawless. It snaps to my magsafe charger perfectly. It also has a lanyard connector so that I can clip it in to a PFD when I am in the water. Thus far, I have not found a single reason not to be pleased with it. Is it expensive? Yes, but I think you get what you pay for and I feel very confident potentially going into the water with this in my pocket.
Regarding customer service, they promptly shipped my order, but it got lost in limbo at the post office for an extended time. I reached out to their customer service people and did not expect much, but got a prompt response and they immediately shipped me another one via FedEx. You expect good customer service from a top of the line vendor and they delivered. I am now a fan.

water tight but not dust tight??
waterproof but not dustproof?? did the water tight test, passed with flying colors, cleaned my phone, cleaned the case, used tape to remove any dust, lint, or fuzzies, i never open the charging port, and yet my screen is full of dust after about a week of use. i know it's inside because i can run the phone under water and wipe it down and they don't move. i don't know how it gets in, pretty frustrating considering i buy the fre style case to keep the phone completely sealed.
