I contacted the company about this and their attitude was very disappointing. I suggested that they should point this out on their advert and all they said was it works on an otterBox charging station!! Won’t be rushing back to buy from them again.

The case is smooth so it doesn't "stick" to your clothes, and it offers full protection for your watch. Highly recommend! I do wish they'd come out with a pink one that matches the new rose watch color (hint hint!

While it doesn’t include a screen cover there is a significant raised edge all the around which does serve as excellent protection for the watch face getting hit on corners or tables, etc.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as expected from Otterbox I bought this several weeks ago after waiting for it to be back in stock and am glad I did. I was looking for something simple, yet solid to protect my Series 4 44mm that was simple to put on, looked good and provided all round great protection for bumping the watch. While it does not have a screen protector itself, I personally did not want that. I have never found a screen protector built into a watch case to be worthwhile or responsive. However, what it does have, that many don't, is just the right amount of raised edge around the screen to protect against a direct flat bump. Otter also gave the inside of the edge a nice finish to match the screen - nice touch! All in all, nice protection, easy to put on and looks great with my Nomad band.

It has a raised lip that stands about 2mm above the glass all around the periphery of the watch so does also provide some protection for the glass, but that is not its primary purpose.Excellent quality, and I am sure it will last the life of the watch.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome on a hobby farm I own a small hobby farm, about 30 acres and am constantly jumping on and off of a tractor, moving fencing, rocks, animals, you name it and I needed a case for my watch. I use an otterbox on my phone and have for years and never have had any issues. I tried other cases for my watch and they failed, they had screen covers that trapped water, or other issues that didn't fit right. I tried the otterbox EXO Edge and it works great. It fits really well, and it gives a buffer around the glass watch face. I've smacked my arm on some pretty hard surfaces over the last 2 weeks when I've had this on and the watch has not had any damage. It's really working well. The case stays on my watch 24/7, when I wear the watch it's on it, when I charge it, the case stays on. I don't even notice it anymore and I love that. I can still push the button and turn the crown.

But the ´double click’ of lower button is nearly impossible with the Otterbox to complete this process. Otherwise, it’s well made and offers the protection expected.

I wish the fact that there is no screen was a little easier to figure out. I have also noticed since installation that I have been asked multiple times if i have fallen and if i was OK. it seems the watch is more sensitive to bangs and bumps with the otter on.. If i would have SEEN that there was NO screen protection I would not have wasted the money. I have a Iphone 11 with an otterbox and seperate screen protector that works fabulously. why cant i get the same for my Watch???

Providing ample protection for the product it was designed for. However, the watch face is still exposed to all the elements and still susceptible to accidental bumps and scratches. You will still have to buy a separate protector for the face. This will be a 5+ star if this product includes the face protector like the Zagg product that is now being offered in the competitive market.

That may work for people who are not active but I am. I also have a young dog who loves to jump and play and him scratching the surface of my watch happens occasionally. That's why I needed something that would hold up and protect the surface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reasonable case obscures the watch face I bought one of these to primarily change the colour of my Apple Watch from silver to black. Once fitted, it seems a reasonable fit and does the job of altering the watch's appearance. However, and rather surprisingly, part of the text at the edge of the watch face is obscured. It's a 40mm case for a series 5 40mm watch so it should be compatible. Maybe the decision has been take to lose some of the face for added protection? It's by no means unusable, just a bit disappointing, so I'll bear with it for now. I don't know how it performs in the wet yet, fingers crossed it dries out/drains quickly in normal use after a soaking.

I ended up scratching my screen and a co-worker suggested I get one. I ordered one and I love it! I am able to wear my watch no matter what activity I’m participating in (non-water of course. My suggestion is to buy one as soon as you buy the watch. It costs a lot less than a new screen.

Only concern was that it cost about $10 more than it was listed on the Apple site. But I figured with the shipping added in at the Apple site, there wasn't much difference than getting it here with "free shipping."

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Offers good protection and easy to install I bought a pink and a grey version of the Otterbox Exo Edge for my silver Apple Watch series 5. I’m largely happy with my purchase. The cases fit will and definitely protect against accidental knocks. Would have given five stars except the grey one seems to be easily stained by the colour of my clothing (how weird is that?) so there’s now a dark smudge on one corner purely from me wearing my black gloves and it won’t wash off. Guess the plastic is textured so it doesn’t repel stains. I was most happy with how easy it is to fit the case - the back part is soft plastic which means it’s more gentle on the watch. I bought a plastic case before that was one hard piece and it took a lot of force to get it on the watch which made me very anxious - that was not an otterbox case tho. By and large I’m happy. Would recommend to those wanting proper protection as that’s the whole point of these cases.

I have always used an OtterBox with my iPhone and after getting a tiny crack in the corner of my Apple Watch, I knew I needed to protect it better. This has absolutely done the trick, I feel more confident that normal everyday movements will not damage my watch further. I also thought that it would make my watch look too bulky but that is absolutely not the case!

Because the screen protector was plastic, it made it hard to use. This was definitely worth the money, I still get the protection along with the ease of use because it does not have a plastic cover over the screen. I would recommend this watch bumper to anyone!

I like the back since it’s open with straps securing it (lots of other watch bumpers have more material and leave a circle for charging - but I find water and or sweat gets trapped underneath. My only complaint is that is doesn’t come in clear and it’s a bit of a bulky look .

My iPhone 12 Pro Max has been similarly protected and after a hard fall onto concrete the case developed a small crack. The phone was well protected and is in perfect condition. So, I was buying an OtterBox case for my Apple Watch series 6 and I mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I called customer service and the magic happened! The awesome rep agreed to replace the wrong case that I had ordered and included the same discount. I’m happy, then she asked if I needed a case for my iPhone and I told her I had one but it was cracked. I didn’t want to buy a new one. She informed me that the guarantee provided a new case! I got the new case and the correct protection for my watch and the best customer service in any industry. Thanks OtterBox!

However, the "EXO EDGE Case" actually comes with just a shell and NOTHING on top of the case to protect your sapphire crystal on your watch. The sides of your watch are protected, but the most expensive part, and remarkably the most cosmetically obvious part of your watch remains completely exposed. You would think a company like Otterbox would have produced a better product since they call this product a "case". If you want a case that covers your entire watch, sapphire crystal included and casing, you should look elsewhere.

I have already dropped the watch once on its face and there was no damage. The slightly raised lip around the edge of the case probably protected the watch face (which did not have a protective screen on it).

I bump into stuff but not worried like before so it’s worth the buy. Not exactly water proof but the front screen is closed in so it gives you time to shake off the water on front of the screen without it seeping down.

Even though it’s rugged I wanted something more. looked at the full covers available but the I wanted to still be able to use the Apple bands. I wear my watch on the bottom of my wrist, so it is particularly susceptible to scratching. The new OtterBox protector has been excellent. Doesn't fall off, because it is held in place by the watch straps. Glass screen is accessible, but protected because of the raised edges of the OtterBox. Would buy again in a heartbeat.

I was like, fudge yeah!!!! The only I don’t like was that it didn’t have a plastic cover for the screen. I hit my watch on the screen because of work and so I got a cheap one but still wanted a tough case. So I just need to get a screen cover for it then I’m golden!!

One thing I would definitely add, is that I had to search YouTube for how to get it on the watch. I succeeded, without too much fuss. Some of these reviews give me the impression that they stretched it, and slid it on without removing straps. That would make it very loose. You could print even just a diagram, on the back of the boxes, of all your cases. My first ever Otterbox, it took me two YouTube videos, a paper clip, and the better part of an hour, to get it apart, and on the phone. This latest phone upgrade, the representative at the phone store put it on for me.

I want to protect my AppleWatch and avoid using my AppleCare unless I have to. The one slight negative is finding a charger that will work with the case. Getting the battery to connect to the charger is a bit challenging. Otherwise I highly recommend it.

It literally is just a rubber perimeter around the watch, no screen to cover the face of the watch. Also it’s very bulky. It adds a lot of weight to the top of the watch, making it awkward to wear.

I only gave it three stars though, because it quickly discolored. It is a light blue but all of a sudden has a faint pink around the edges. I don’t wear my watch in the water, and there isn’t any heavy wear and tear. I’m not sure why the discoloration happened.

Didn’t matter how carefully I put it on once it was on the watch for a few minutes the protector started to lift up and over the edge of the case. I wanted to return it but would have had to pay return shipping and forfeit my original expense shipping cost. Not with it. Also the add looks like it comes with a matching band, it doesn’t. Overall a disappointing purchase.

I figured it would protect the aluminum pretty well and provide some protection to the screen - it did just that…until it fell apart…the inner shell has almost completely detached from the outer shell, so the pieces just kind of dangle around a the face of the watch. I’m a little disappointed the item did not last longer. I had only removed the case once, so this definitely wasn’t caused by constant stretching.

I can no longer use the Belkin Boost iPhone and iWatch charger base because the EXO case interferes with the charging contact alignment. So now I charge the iWatch and EXO case with the original Apple iWatch charging pad. Also the shipping and tracking process for my purchase was not very informative and took longer than expected.

When I got my Apple Watch I bought a glass protective screen since the otter box didn’t come with one on it. But when I put the bumper case on it messed up my protective glass and now I have air bubbles in it. I tried to take it off and put the glass back on but it messed it up even more. So I’m going to go with a case that has a screen protector built into it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good assurance of protection I broke the edge of the previous Apple Watch I had (Series 1, (also move around a lot that I sometimes hit my watch on other surfaces). While the watch still worked, it didn't look as pleasing and replaced the watch with the thought that this needed some sort of protection similar to phones. There are other cheaper alternatives but with Otterbox being already a proven name in protection in these kinds of products, I was willing to pay a little more for this. I have good assurance now that even if the watch hits a hard surface that the case will do its job of serving as cushion to it.

I also have a screen protector on the watch and the case helps keep that secure so it won’t lift up at the corners. It’s a perfect fit and won’t come off accidentally. I was like, fudge yeah!!!! The only I don’t like was that it didn’t have a plastic cover for the screen. I hit my watch on the screen because of work and so I got a cheap one but still wanted a tough case. So I just need to get a screen cover for it then I’m golden!!

The case not only fits great, it is exceptional quality. I love that there is a slot that band goes through to keep the case from falling off. I have been purchasing otterbox products for over a decade and they make a superior product that clearly protects phones and pads. The genius is that it can be used with any watch band! I bought a more expensive competing case that came with an uncomfortable non-interchangeable band before I discovered the EXO EDGE. The case does not allow you to double click the button. So that was disappointing. I would only recommend if you don’t use that feature of the watch.

Since he didn’t get a warranty and knowing how hard I am on watches, I immediately looked into getting some kind of protection for my watch screen. If you crack your Apple Watch screen and have no warranty, it’s very expensive to get it replaced. I purchased the appropriate Otterbox case for my watch, and so far have been very happy with it. It was easy to put on the watch, and its design and material look like it will be effective protection for my watch.

Very thin, elegant design and the pop of color just compliments the watch and a relief knowing it is protected. Prior I had a film applied to protect the screen but after having continually replace the film due to bubbling I saw this case and absolutely love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disapointing I thought this was then watch edge and a watch band. It’s just a protector thing to go around your watch face. I don’t even care about that part. I needed a sturdy watch band. I can’t believe I paid like $30 bucks for a tiny piece of silicone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pros and Cons I just received this in the mail today and must say I was a little surprised at how simple the product is. The case came in a very small box with instructions for installation. Halfway through fitting it onto my watch I noticed that my screen protector was being peeled off on the corners, it is a very snug fit so make sure to have a screen protector on your screen before you install the case, it’s seems like it would be a pain to remove the case or that if you do this more than once it will loosen the snug fit. I also noticed on the box that it says “not compatible with ceramic models which made me nervous because I have the Series 6, 40mm, with Cellular model and it says on the back of my watch that it has both aluminum and ceramic in the casing. I hope that this does not effect my watch whatsoever. A bit nervous on that front, it doesn’t say why it’s not compatible with the ceramic versions. Otherwise I like how the case appears in my watch and am looking forward to finally being able to wear my watch to work!
