My only complaint about the cases for the Galaxy S10 and S10+ do not have a screen shield as before.Other than that it is bulletproof!

I use to have to carry my phone in my hands and juggle other items if I didn't have pocket, or tuck it into my shirt. Not very professional to have to then retrieve the phone for use or have your chest area ringing. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from a suggestion to future cases I like the case except for the fact that I would have to take it out of outside case (the one with the swivel belt clip to take a picture. So I modified my outside case so I now can take a picture without having to remove the outside case. I think you might want to consider this as a future option. See the attached pictures.

It does not slip out of my hand and I can lean it against anything and it doesn't slide or slip at all. The color I got, purple and pink, is just feminine enough and matches my wardrobe without looking childish. All the buttons line up perfectly and it works really well with my cordless charger. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!

But what was unsure how it would work on a phone with such a curved screen. Turns out it works great, and it actually the best designed one yet. The sides are thinner, which gives it a less bulky profile, and makes it feel great in my hand. Love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great but maybe not for me I only rate it 3 stars just because I don't think it's for me, I find it a little bit to big to handle (the S10+ is already big though, I've been using it for the past 3 weeks. I'm a little bit concerned also about the screen protection. It's okay if you drop the phone as the edges are thick enough around the screen, but if an object drops face down..That type of screen cost more 300eur to fix.. Other than that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the product and this review is personal, you can "safely" drop your phone no problem. The quality is there and it does what it says on the tin, I would recommend it if you hands are big enough (or if your phone is not too big), I might change it for a folio cover series, but I might be bothered by the size still..I'll see

I had one of these for my own Galaxy S10+ but ordered this one as a gift for an S10+ I had given as a gift. The Defender is extremely durable, makes your phone feel much more substantial, and provides GREAT protection. The only issue I had was with shipping. I orderd this and a week later, went to check on the status of the order, and the person it showed it was shipping to was someone in NJ, NOT to me! I called customer service and after about a 30 minute wait on hold, the rep I finally reached checked into the order. It showed incorrect information and that my order was actually on a truck out for delivery in Kansas City. I'm in Illinois! She promptly corrected the problem by shipping out another one which I received in about 4 days. The person I ordered the phone for was afraid to use the new S10+ I gave them because the phone is so slick and easy to drop. They were grateful when the Defender Otterbox finally arrived though! Thanks Otterbox, for making my order right, the combo of the gift and your protective case turned out to be a huge hit as a gift!

I bought this phone case when I purchased my s10+ not even a year ago and within a few months the back screen of my phone was completely trashed.. very disappointing. Case is broken in a few spots and rubber at the bottom is showing some heavy wear and tear. It's not bad for what it is. Definitely better than some silicone crap, but I feel like it could be a bit stronger. I haven't dropped my phone from any crazy heights and always on soft areas like carpet and dirt so I'm rather shocked at the amount of damage not only to my phone but the case as well.

Recently started having trouble with the buttons not working on my down volume and power button. I take a lot of screen shots. And when I couldn't anymore? I had to pull the whole case off my phone. The tight rubber piece that does the actual phone protection is literally falling apart. I bought the Defender series because I hoped it would last for the duration of my S10+. 2 years into my purchase of both phone and Defender? The rubber protection stopped functioning effectively, and I had to remove it from my phone. I hoped it would have lasted longer than 2 years. Sad it did not. Is 2 years typical for the Defender to last? If it is, I wish I knew in 2019 what I know now. I'd have purchased 2 or 3 more Defenders when I had extra discretionary funds. With my SSDI fixed income, no idea when I'll be able to buy a new Defender. I bought 2 extra belt clip holsters last year, and am glad I did. The longevity of those is really brief, sadly. Anyway. It's a good product. I like it. I'll recommend it. Just hoped it's durability would have laster longer.

Unfortunately, the new holder and the old back cover did not snap together very well. They work together but not as well as the original purchase.

I too had a problem with the screen protector lifting up. But guess what I did...i used a fingernail file on the plastic removing a couple mm from the top and a tiny bit off bottom and it fits nicely! Otter box is my goto for cases and always will be. Keep up the great work people!

The front part of the case is made just at the end of of the screen protector so no matter how careful you are when putting the case together, it pops up the screen protector causing a bubble and ruffling of the edges...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Cell Phone Protection Money Can Buy! We have used the Defender model for over 5+ years on the Samsung Galaxy II, Galaxy S3, S4, S5 and now the S10+. We have never had a failure or damaged phone, through all the accidental drops, falls, and normal life of cell phone ownership. We have friends with other brands that have switched to Otterbox Defenders AFTER their cases did not protect their investments. We have the cases on the phones from the moment they are put into use and another benefit is the phones are like new if and when you decide to upgrade and trade in the older model. Lot's of other cases to choose from on the market now but why learn the hard way that there is nothing as durable as "The Original" OG in phone cases!

I have dropped phones on the concrete To many times but I have never had a damaged phone...never had a single crack...broke several belt clips and otter box always sent me a new one, no questions asked.I feel, I KNOW confident that my phone is well protected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Case I bought other cheaper cases and they are all flimsy and built of cheap material, so I threw them away and bought the Otterbox Defender Pro and it's worth every penny. The only cases I have ever owned that are worth their weight in gold are OtterBox and Ballistic cases (but only the higher end cases for both brands). Don't waste your money on anything else or cheaper. Spend the extra money for a good case and save your expensive phone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Sturdy Cover Good sturdy case, Fits like a glove, doesn't slide in the hand. I would recommend the cover The only downside is that the supplied screenprotector from Samsung keeps coming loose on the edges. Fixed it multipe times but keeps coming loose

I always buy Otter boxes, my last phone I had for 3 yrs it looked brand new when I took it out of the case. This is one of the best investments I have made.

The installation instructions were only pics not really showing you had to take the case entirely apart to install the phone but I finally figured it out. I really like the case looks like it will protect my phone if dropped. Will probably never use the holster would prefer it was separate item to lower case cost. The protective covers over the USB3 plug and earphone plug would be better if they moved down instead of up. When you move them up it makes the case bow up and separate from the bottom piece especially if you are using both at once like I do in the car - with time this may cause it to break. Standard free delivery was very slow via FedEX Postal over 9 days Priority mail would make more sense.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't protect the screen This case provides great protection for the sides and the back of the phone, while leaving the rounded edges of the screen exposed. If thr outer rubbery part of the case had been raised by just 2-3mm, I would have given this case five stars. This obvious design flaw reduces that to three stars.

I have never been disappointed when on occasion I have dropped my phones, cant go wrong. The S10 plus Defender case fits like a glove.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not good if you use a Popsocket I bought this case to protect my new Samsung S10+ phone. It feels very durable, which I like, but I like to use a popsocket because that gives me extra security that I won't drop the phone. Unfortunately the popsocket doesn't stick to the rubber back so I'm thinking of returning this case for the Commuter series, which I've had previously and the popsocket stuck great to it! It does seem like a great case, just want the extra security of the popsocket to hold it while on the train or taking pics.

I also like it because the cover material is not slick, so my phone does not slide off surfaces like the sofa arm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid cases Protective case is very good. Screen protector very disappointing. Peeling in the corners. Does not allow fingerprint feature to work. Can't re-register fingerprint. I need to buy a better screen protector. Would have e given 5 star on just the case but the screen protector is not worth buying. Could have gotten the same result with one at a fraction of the cost. Sorry guys' love your cases, hate your screen protector.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case for s10+ however.. Great solid case easy to install. However this case destroys the preinstalled Samsung screen protector. The edging of the case pushes on the protector and eventually it just has to be taken off and discarded.

Half way along side plastic insert the small nib that holds it on belt holder broke first time I used it. Now can only put into belt holder using one way. Also it peeled off Samsung screen protector on edges, leaving air bubbles.
