Rated 5 out of 5 byVE3VPC from Tougher than a tank!!!I'm riding home on my motorcycle tonight, and have my Samsung S6 in a Defender case with holder sitting in my Ram Mount X-Grip on the handle bars. I hit a manhole cover which launched the phone out of the X-Grip and I watched it hit the ground. The phone then gets bumped by an SUV which sends it spinning and sliding past me as I'm pulling over. I pick up the phone and find some scuffing on the belt clip unit and nothing on the Defender case itself; the phone unscathed. This case lives up to its name, and I would recommend to anyone who like me puts their phone through abuse....

It is a brilliant hard wearing case, and it goes with me every day to school and then to work, and it still looks as good as when I got it (with a couple of expected scratches). I've dropped it from heights and had no issues. With dust it is very good at keeping it out however it does tend to gather round the camera and go up past the home button, but this is an issue you may not have as I think it is to do with the way it is in my pockets for work. Luckily it is easy to take apart and clean with a wipe; even motor oil.I think that they are well worth the money!Hope this helps

With my Formerly Galaxy S4 I had an OtterBox Defender phone case and one night after a party I could not find my phone. Inadvertantly I had left it on the roof of the car. While I was driving south on Interstate 95 I heard this thump. When I got home I noticed this black rectangle on my back window, which just happened to be my Galaxy S4! The thick rubber Otter Box clung to my back windshield. Amazing! So it only made sense when I upgraded my phone was to also order a new OtterBox Defendercase.
