Rated 5 out of 5 by from Otterbox is it! Otterbox is the only case I will buy. This goes for my wife and son as well. I got the 2 laver (inside rubbery, outside hard shell). THey have changed a little since the last one I bought - the rubber on the old one was actually rubber and the outer case firmed it up well. The new one is more like flexible plastic, and more difficult to remove. But I'm sure the engineering department knows what they are doing. The new one is just a little thicker, and the outside has an embossed pattern. My old one was much smoother and slipped into my pocket well. Also, I don't use the belt hooks. But I am one of these people that will buy a phone and keep it until I can't put the latest OS on it, and the Otterbox case helps me do that. Thank you, Otterbox!

The phone does not always snap securely onto it, despite sounding like it has. I have always ordered a case with holder, and this is the first holder that you have to triple check to make sure the phone is in it.

The lady who returned it said she stepped on it while in the ocean. 100% true story. Crazy but 100% true. Multiple hours of saltwater and my phone is in great working condition. Thank you for making such a great product.

There first two I got didn't hold up well -- either they were too loose and didn't stay in place, or they were too tight and blocked the camera and battery ports, which made it hard to snap photos and charge my phone. After reading reviews online I made the switch to the Otterbox Defender Series Pro case, and am so glad that I did, as this was the type of protector case I was looking for. It is sleek and stylish and has a nice holster clip that you can attach to your belt or bag. Also, it doubles as a hands-free kickstand. I have dropped my phone a few times recently and this protector case prevented it was breaking or scratching the camera. I really like this phone case and highly recommend the Otterbox brand.

I usually just buy those cheap phone cases that you find on Amazon, but after getting this one and putting it to good use, I don’t think I can go back! I work outdoors and use tools on the daily and I tend to drop it a lot, so having piece of mind that this phone case won’t break my new phone investment so easily, I can literally bring my phone anywhere now. Definitely worth the money!

I constantly drop my phone and this definitely has helped protect it, also protects from my toddler. The case is very durable and not cheaply made like some cases I’ve bought in the past. Since I hardly ever upgrade my phone it is important for me to keep mine in good functional condition. I will be buying one for my husbands phone as well.

I was nervous I would crack the new one so I got an Otter Defender Pro and it is definitely defending my phone. I’ve dropped it several times and my phone has stayed intact! It also has a belt holder with a kickstand which is a nice feature!

My last phone case was not an otter sadly I dropped my phone and shattered my screen. Over the last 10 years I've always had an otter and I've dropped my phone with no cracks or damage. The one time I drop it without I screw myself over. Won't be making that mistake again. I'll always pay more for the extra protection.
