Needs to be modified
I hate that the phone only goes into the holder one way. It would be very easy to put the phone in the wrong way and lose or the phone drop out at an inopportune moment. Really think there should be a design change. Always have had otter box to protect my phones. Knowing this, I would not have gotten it. Please re-engineer the case where it will fit both ways. Thanks

First issue in a decade of Defenders.
I have used the Defender case exclusively on my last 5 phones. For a decade I have been beyond satisfied. This is the first issue I have encountered. I carry my Galaxy S+ in my back pocket, as I always have. With this case, the corner of the outer rubber shell will not stay in place.

They CLAIM you get a Holster for free! GOOD LUCK with that! I've ordered 3 now & they DO NOT FIT the GALAXY S25 Plus! Returned all 3 & still NO REPLY to resolve the issue! NO OTTERBOX FOR ME!!!

No brainer to get another one for new phone.
I've had the heavy duty Otterbox ono my ancient (6 years) Samsung. Everybody else's has damage. Not mine, so I didn't even think about the plastic clear thing offered by the phone company. I squirmed a bit at the cost (with the scren protector) but did not hesitate to bite the bullet. Couldn't be more pleased. It's "stickier" than the old one, and I appreciate that too, although I use a full holster from another company to protect it as I'm outside a lot, and it wants to stay in there. I did my usual compulsive research even though I was absolutely sold based on previous experience. There's just nothing better out there.

A very rugged and sturdy case... as usual. But no holster included now??? And the holster that you have to purchase separately now IS STILL OUT OF STOCK??? I had to get an aftermarket one in order to use it for work.

Best case, hands down!
My husband and I have been using the defender series for almost 10 years and never had a phone break. Everytime I've tried the prettier cases I end up with a cracked screen. I really just wish there was a way to incorporate the magnetic function to this style. I NEED a wallet to carry my cards and the magnetic options just seem so much more functional than the stick on ones I am stuck with.

Sturdy case
I've used OB cases on three previous Galaxy models, and they perform their primary function (protecting the phone from damage due to drops) very well. They're usually hard to get the phone into right out of the box, which means it should fit pretty snug, but the one major downside of this particular case is the charging port flap/hinge/cover peels most of the bottom half of the case off the phone, causing it to loosen significantly over time. Shouldn't affect the drop protection too much, but it definitely will let dust in.

Poorly designed. Phone falls out of holster.
Phone only fits one way into the holster. Poor design. The clip that latches the phone to the holster is not centered so I am now limited to having the phone upsidedown on my left side. I have never had this issue with an OtterBox.

Terrible. Ordered on April 6th for a fast charger, otterbox case, screen protector, and fast charging cable. With 2 day shipping I received an iPhone 16 case with flowers on it. I reached out to support where they initiated a resend of my order, but for god knows why, UPS was used for standard shipping (not the 2 day shipping I originally had and made a big enough order to qualify for that) which involved UPS hading the mail to the USPS (??); neadless to say, my package was stated as being delivered to my leasing office/mailroom. I walked down there and they did not have it, it was not in my mail box, nor on my porch. I reached back out again to otterbox support who told me they would mail me out a brand new order with 2 day shipping for the inconvenience but included that I need to respond to this email with my confirmed mailing address (even thought I got the first order from early April...so the address you have for me is correct). On top of that, given that I order these items to protect my phone, a support rep never followed up or touched base, which is disappointing because the request was buried in month long email back and forth. Ultimately, I did get a refund, but improvements in these processes should be highly considered.

Never really had an issue with Otter Boxes. I went from a GS3, to a S9 Plus, to a now S25 Plus.
No issues with them besides after years and years of abuse. The rubber eventually just loosen up. All phone end up looking brand new when I move on to the next.

New phone case
Bought a supposed new phone case and came without packaging as if it was used or already opened and just thrown loosely in a package and mailed, also does not fit the phone correct if there is a defect on it where a portion of the rubber outer casing does not snap or fit onto/around the hard plastic shell that goes around the phone. For the price would have expected better for a new item purchase
