Missed the Mark
I have always used an otter box phone case. When I recently bought a new iphone, I purchased a defender phone for it. Sadly, I am very, very disappointed. Even though the packaging says it will fit my phone, IT DOES NOT FIT. The phone case is smaller than my new iPhone. Otter box missed the mark with this one.

Belt clip issues
I like the phone case itself but the belt clip housing is not user friendly. When placing phone in the holder the phone has to be purposely placed just right to clip in place. I have had the phone fall out of belt clip a few times thinking it was secure. Others I have had worked well.

I love this case
We all should know the OTTERBOX name by now. What do you think of when you head this brand…..safe, protection, strong, high quality?!? Welp, that’s what you get with this case. It fits perfectly and has a great texture to it. It’s a grippy rubber feeling, not hard slick plastic. Good edge protection to save your screen from a drop. I’m not a big fan of the belt clip, so I just don’t utilize it. If you’re on the fence, just get it!!!!

Great protection case!
I am really happy with this case. I love the color black. It is super sturdy and seems to give good protection for my iPhone. It was a little confusing how to put it on at first but I found a video online and it was very helpful. The case has a good grip so I am not afraid that the phone will slip out of my hands. It fits my phone perfectly! Extremely happy with Defender Series Pro case and highly recommend it if you are looking for a good protection for your cell phone.

The best tough case there is
I've been a Defender Series user for years as it is the BEST tough case for the iPhone. I wouldn't recommend this for daily use unless you are in a profession and/or daily activity that can be a bit hard on the phone as it is bulky compared to the slim cases I use daily - however any time I'm doing something outside like skiing, camping, hunting etc, - this goes right on. I've dropped my phone from high distances and tumbled on the slopes with this protecting my phone - and never had an issue. The best.

Solid and stylish case
I love my otterbox phone case. It’s very solid and has a texture that provides a firm grip in my hands. I also like the kickstand and use it to stream videos.
I like the dark blue color with the tan interior color.
I dropped my phone and the case protected the corners of my phone from chipping or cracking.

Another Great Product
Got a new iPhone 14 recently. I wanted the same kind of case that I had in the past -- the Defender -- so checked out OtterBox again. Basically the same thing that I had before except no thin plastic to cover the glass. And that really wasn't necessary. Great case, very protective of my investment. I've already dropped my phone a couple of times with no issues. :-)

6S Plus to 14
First, my previous iPhone 6S plus was kept in pristine condition by Otterbox Defender series. I was however a bit disappointed that this current version for iPhone 14 did not come with a screen cover like the 6S Plus version, and that the holster clip did not allow vertical stability when on its side as did the 6S Plus version. As time goes on will determine if it as good as the previous. So far I’m happy??

None Better than OtterBox
I’ve had the defender before. Bought a new iPhone 14 was hard to fine but once I found I purchased there is none better I had a Pelican and a OB wanna ne before I found this one. Simply the best, not the cheapest, but the absolute BEST!!

Good but needs a stronger clip
Good protection for iPhone. Disappointed with the belt clip. Phone is easily dislodged from its holder and falls out. Clip that holds the phone in place needs to be sturdier.

Nice Case!
Wow, what a nice heavy duty case. Being in construction, I appreciate a phone case that works as hard as I do. Thankfully haven’t dropped it yet, but know if I do my phone is protected by Otterbox. Lightweight too and not too bulky to easily still fit in my pocket if needed. Can’t go wrong with the black either as it will hide dirt and grime.

I’ve broken the screen on several smartphones and they are expensive to repair and never work as well as the original screen. This product provides great protection, does not affect the clarity, or does not affect the functionality of the phone. Use this product to keep your phone like new.

Otter Box cases has been long standing for quite some time. They do a fantastic job protecting and securing your phone from the earthly elements. The only thing I would say is that it’s a little bulky to wear on the hip, inside the clip.

Shipping took way too long
Took way too long to arrive to me, so I sent it back once it arrived. I don't think I'll ever order from the site again. You got to find a better & faster way to get the products to customers.

So sturdy!
I bought this because I am extremely clumsy and I'm overjoyed. I feel safe and secure now with this case on my phone!! I love that it is 5G compatible and doesn't affect the service connection. The clip on case is extremely useful as well

This works well to protect a phone & fits great!
I have bought phone cases before and this one definitely works best! While more expensive, it fits the phone perfectly and since I’m prone to drop my phone since I keep it in my pocket at work, the case has done a great job protecting the screen from cracking, especially if it lands on a corner. The instructions on the package are nice so you can snap it on with ease. The inner piece of the case is a little difficult to pull apart, but fit the phone like a glove. I will definitely be buying these for future phones!

this thing is very heavy and tough feeling as it is advertised. It already survived one misshaped dropped phone in my driveway. I won't continually test it but I would reccomend to anyone who is as clumsy with their phone as I am

So sturdy!
At first I was worried this case was too clunky or something but I’m actually going to love it. I love the rubberized element to it that keeps my phone from sliding everywhere. I love how it’s raised to move to where it covers my camera lenses so they’re not exposed. I love knowing that when I drop it I feel secure than nothing will happen. I also added a glass screen protector in my photos amazing. I really love this brand

Strong, well-built and tested!
I've had numerous OB products, and they always stand up to their hype, and this case is no exception. I like the defender series because it can take a beating and keep your phone safe, all while allowing you to use the features (camera, volume buttons, etc.) without extra effort. I've dropped my new phone a few times, and I never cringe when I look down, because I know it will be just fine when it's in this case.

The best
We have been using Otter Box protective covers for....a long time. Tried buying cheaper / "Military grade" (what a joke / exercise in false and decptive advertising ) from Amazon and sent them back. Wife was a bit frustrated by the intricacies of getting the protective film on her new I Phone 14, but once on it is great. You get what you pay for.

Great protection and sleekness without slipping!
When I got a iPhone 14, like most I went to a big box store to get a case (for now case). Nothing compares to OtterBox though. It was smooth and thin, worried me everyday that I’d drop my new phone and break it. Been using Otterbox for quite a long time now. Won’t make the mistake again. I’ll be ordering an OtterBox case before I order my next phone. As it should be, new iPhone will go for the box straight to an OtterBox case.

These are the best cases around! I can't tell you how many times I have dropped my phone (on concrete, rocks, on corners, etc) and it's still as good as new. These are great if you have kids that always want your phone. I won't ever use anything other than an Otterbox!

Amazing Product!
I have always used otter box cases and this one is the best by far! The durability is amazing and it really holds up! Another great feature is the clip that comes with it! It allows you to carry it with you without the hassle of putting it in you pocket!

Great phone case, instructions are horible
I've had this case now for about a month and it's a very nice improvement from the previous generation that had a softer rubber that after a few years became very loose. This new case also has a very tight fit between the case and the glass which will keep out the dirt. The instructions however were terrible, whomever thought that those pictures would be enough were very wrong.

Very strong and protective!
This otterbox case makes your phone a bit larger, but it's a trade off since it provides strong protection. It comes with a belt clip that the phone can snap into. The only one complaint I have about the case is that it's a bit difficult to press the buttons on my phone through the side rubber. Other than that, it's a great protective case!

Strong phone case!
Defender Series Pro - iPhone 14 is a very strong and sturdy phone case. Very protective against dust, dirt and other debris but also has antimicrobial additives which help keep microbial growth down. Which is great because phones and their cases can get pretty gross over time! This case fits my phone perfectly and I love the attachment included to hook it to my belt or pants. I would highly recommend this phone case.

Otterbox is tough. Always has been. I used the defender for some of the first iPhones. I strayed for a while with cheap, low quality cases but as cell phones get more and more expensive, I’m back to the tried and true Otterbox Defender. It does come with a clip and I realize that not many folks are hip holstering these days but I appreciate it. This case doesn’t have tempered glass so you’ll want to get that. Overall, my phone is protected without an overly bulky case. Well built and stylish.

The thing about otter box I don’t like is they just feel bulky. However I definitely can tell it protects my phone as I have already dropped it and it’s completely find. Would def recommend for someone who is clumsy!

I always get one of these every time I get a new phone. It has three pieces and protects my phone really well. It has a belt clip piece but I don't have any need for that. It does make the phone bulky, but i think it's worth it for the protection.

Feel off car
Left phone on roof of my car, the first week the Otter box was on my new phone. It flew off the roof when we were doing around 45 mph. Luckily my husband saw “ something pinkish” in review mirror. We found it by the busy roadside , unharmed. My phone works fine too!

Bad customer service
The case itself is fine, but otter box customer service is terrible. It took weeks to get my items delivered. And for whatever reason, otter box charged me more than my original order price when the item shipped. I have ordered directly from them twice and both times they added money to the agreed upon final total which I had to dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself some time and headache…. If you want otter box, buy from a retail store.

Phone Case ORIGINAL GANGSTA!!!
IMO it’s the OG of cases. It was the first I really remember on the market, and with proper care and treatment it will last. If you have the holster/kickstand, be careful not to force the leg of the kickstand closed, as it’s held open by a small piece of plastic that CAN and WILL break if not closed with any force, especially in cold weather.

No screen protection
The case is beautiful, but it is not as it is described on the website. I have bought OtterBox cases for years, and they always come with built-in screen protectors. The description, for this one says that it offers screen protection and the picture of the disassembled case makes it appear as if there is a built-in screen protector, however, it does NOT come with one. It only has a raised edge around the screen. You would have to buy an additional screen protector and apply it to your phone before you use this case. I have since returned this case (almost 3 weeks ago), and have yet to hear back from the OtterBox company. I purchased a different phone case that I am much more satisfied with from a different company, for half the price of this OtterBox case, that comes with a built-in screen protector. Very disappointed in OtterBox.

Not the same quality as I-phone 8 case. Phone fell out of belt clip 3 times in first 24hrs regardless of orientation in holder. Rubber case not as robust as old case was. Don’t recommend buying!

Blue Suede Defender Pro
I have always loved the Defender series because it makes me feel most secure in the safety of my iPhones. I had a XR, but I recently upgraded to the 14. This Defender case is my favorite I’ve ever had!! It’s sturdy, it’s the beautiful blue suede shoe color, and it’s not as bulky as they used to be. I’m not sure if it’s just the fact I got a Pro series for the first time, but this is the thinnest feeling Defender case I’ve ever had and I love it! Still protective, sleek and beautifully colored.

Not what they used to be, I have replaced the clip for my case 6 times and haven’t had the case a year, it always breaks the same way, the corner ear breaks off and then it can not hold the case anymore. The old ones used to outlast the case but now they break off from not taking them off if you sit in a chair, they are no longer what they used to be

I am/was a firm believer in only using Otterbox,, 2 days ago, my iPhone fell out of my pocket, in a defender case, less than 2 feet, dropped straight down and landed right on the backside,,, entire back of phone was shattered!! Front screen was untouched,,, but the back that was covered by the defender case,, shattered! So disappointed!!

Piece of garbage
I have used the defender series for a number of years (since iPhone 6). I had never had a problem. I work outside and this series always protected the phone. I couldn’t count the number of time I had dropped it and never had an issue. I upgraded to the iPhone 14 and of course I bought a defender case. Big mistake. It is half the case it used to be. My wife has the commuter series and it is feels like the same thing. Nowhere near as strong as it was. So today I dropped it for the first time and the screen is now cracked. Don’t waste you money on this piece of garbage if you think it will protect your phone. Never again will I buy one.

Why OtterBox is a 4 star instead of a 5 star. 9/10
Everything about the OtterBox has always been exceptional in all aspects. I’ve used them for years on my iPhone. The only downside to the newest OtterBox I currently use on my iPhone 14, it doesn’t have a front screen protecter like it used to.

Great looking case
I bought the magenta/purple case, it fits my Apple iPhone 14 well. It is comfortable in my hand and easy to hold, the color is very nice. I have been buying Otter Box Defender series since I had an iPhone 7+ and it never failed me.
