Flawed product
I lost my last iPhone because it fell off the holster. It's the only reason I purchased the iPhone 13 Pro Max and the defender setup.
Here we go again. The first holster wouldn't secure the phone. The company sent another which has since has broken. I give up and am just buying yet another. After a decade with this company, I might have to go elsewhere for my next purchase.
Here's what you need if you purchase this product: a binder clip. Sad and embarrassing but I don't trust Otterbox's holsters alone.

Belt clip (Phoen Falling out
I recently bought a new Iphone 13 Promax and also purchased the otterbox defender w/belt clip. I have never had a problem with these in the past and now the phone just falls out. i ahev dropped the phoen 3 or 4 times. I have been told that the phone needs to go into th clip with the screen out which seems odd to me because now you have to worry about your screen gettign scratched, NOT A GOOD DESIGN

a little loose
I'm a throwback that uses a belt clip holster. Previous versions had the Otterbox case fitting snugly into the holster with a definite 'click' ... this one is looser and it's not always easy to tell without looking or testing that phone is actually firmly in the holster

Worst purchase ever
I have had otter box defender case and clip for all my iPhones, this last one I purchased for the 13 promax, the clip will not securely hold it securely, I have had to go back and trace my steps to find my phone on many occasions, the clip has now broke, never once did the old clips do this they fit secure, definitely a design flaw
