Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stars and Stripes I purchased the American Flag cover. There are not 13 stripe or just 50 stars on this cover. Looking at it it wouldn’t be difficult to adjust the printing to reflect the accurate amount of Stars and Stripes. The width of the stripes and the spacing of the stars can easily be adjusted to get those correct amounts.

Any time my phone fell face down the screen protector would crack. I thought I’d invest in the Defender because it’s built to protect the screen. Since I began using it I’ve dropped my phone face down several times and haven’t had a cracked screen yet. So I consider that a big win.

Told all friends about how great and they agreed once buying it. This new defender is garbage and a rip off. Customer service was no help. Amazon sells it for less money. Crazy

Well earlier today my phone got ran over and not a scratch was on my phone ( I had a cheap screen protector on) but the case did what it was supposed to! Will be buying forever

I had to go back to the original case I bought and am having the same issue which I didn’t have originally. I hope my charging port wasn’t damaged

But this latest design is just flimsy Andy phone seems less protected than any of my other ones. Never had an issue with otter box until this latest iPhone 14 case. I have had it less than a month and the otter box screen protector is already cracked . Never had protection issues before this .

I was surprised when I opened the box and the screen protector is missing. I was then told the product no longer comes with. Otterbox should update their pictures as the pictures of the product still indicate the built in protector.

I ordered this case thinking it was like the previous ones I have purchased, it looks like it comes with a screen protector but it doesn't. Its cheaply made and i have no faith in it protecting my phone, my advise save your money and buy a cheap one at them stores in the mall. extremely disappointed. They want another $55 for a screen protector day light robbery.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Be ware before you buy this I ordered this for my new iPhone 14 plus, in the picture online it shows a screen cover as part of the case. In my package today I received the hard outer shell cover to put the phone into and the clip/stand. No screen protector was included at all. Outside of box says only outer shell and the clip/stand. Very misleading.. not happy at all with my purchase. I’ve used otter box products since I got my first iPhone 4 back in the day and all the way up to my current one. I paid $69 not for what I was lead to believe was the product. Found what I was looking for on Amazon for a fraction of the price.

Finally had to upgrade one from an iPhone 7 Plus to a 14 Plus -- so I needed a new otterbox. I am EXTREMELY disappointed that the defender no longer includes a screen protector -- AND that the *expensive* screen protector you can purchase has mixed reviews. I'm not excited about trying to get the stupid thing to attach and align properly without bubbles. And some reviews say it is NOT smudge resistant as advertised.
