I ordered screen protectors and I didn’t get a confirmation and I waited several days. Since I didn’t hear from you I called and your telephone staff told me that there was no an order placed by me. So I ordered it again, only to have both orders come to my home.

I am currently on an iPhone 6se which I have had for six years with the same case and nothing has broken. So obviously I wanted a new OtterBox defender case but I am so disappointed with these color choices, so much so that I probably won’t buy a case. Who is on the marketing team that chose these colors, feels like they’re marketed more to men’s taste

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointed I was very disappointed with the absence of a screen cover. The images of it on the site give the impression it has one but it is just the front frame. Some protection for the camera lens would also be good. The defender cover on my last 2 phones did have a screen cover. I was expecting the new version to be at least as good, but was rather disappointed. I may end up having to buy a new case from a different manufacturer that actually still offers this rather critical protection. Don't think you even have an Otterbox that actually offers this anymore. Pretty poor compared to what you used to offer. Otherwise it I really like the case, so too bad it does not cut it like your old ones did.

I already had one case, but bought this one because letterbox said it would work with wireless chargers. Well, it doesn't work with my Apple wireless charger nor does it work with the one in my car. It usually works with a wireless charger from Anker, but it has to be positioned exactly right. So, while I am delighted with the case and the protection it provides, I have been disappointed by Otterbox for the first time due to the wireless charging problem.

There’s many phone case brands that are better quality, cheaper, and have better customer service. I’ve bought half a dozen otterbox/lifeproof cases and I will not buy another one. I recommend you follow suit

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Case with iPhone 14 falls out of holster Case with iPhone 14 keeps falling out to holster. The fit is very loose when the case is placed with the screen toward the holster. The fit is much better when the screen is faced away from holster. With the screen faced away from the holster the screen is not protected from bumps and scraps. This is a VERY POOR DESIGN. I had an iPhone 6 and an iPhone 7 with Otterbox Defender cases and never, not once, did my case with my iPhone ever fall out of my holster. This is the reason I bought an Otterbox Defender for my new iPhone 14. I am extremely disappointed in the Otterbox Defender for my new iPhone 14.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone clip to belt clip issue I have had several of these cases in the past and have always had good luck with them. This new case for an iPhone 14 doesn't have the same clip size as my previous one for an iPhone SE2. the SE2 clipping mechanism that clips the phone to the belt clip looks about 1.5 times larger than the new iPhone 14 one. In the past 3 weeks of use I have had several times where the phone came unclipped from the belt clip and fell to the floor when the phone was bumped by a back pack or jacket or became unclipped when I was sitting on a couch. A very light touch is needed to unclip the phone from the belt clip. Never had this issue with the one for the SE2 or the previous ones.

Bought a new case for my new Iphone 14 and could tell the case was slimmer and designed differently. First time I dropped it from my pocket the entire back cracked, including the camera area. Sad to see Otterbox screw up with one of their best cases. Can't trust the Defender anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Phone keeps falling out of belt clip Used Otterbox Defender cases for years, loved them, never had a single issue with them. Bought iPhone 14 Pro last week along with an Otterbox Case. Phone has fallen out of belt clip 4 times already. I am on the go all the time. Something is different on this model. Plastic is thinner or flimsy on the part that locks the phone into the belt clip. Needs to be addressed. Lost phone on the farm and just about had a cow....found it, but it should not fall out of belt clip so easily. Love the company, but this issue needs to be addressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Otterbox is hands down THE BEST protection! I have never been disappointed by the Defender Series or any Otterbox series for that matter. I have (almost) always gotten an Otterbox Defender for every new Iphone I get. One time, I actually dropped my phone from a second story balcony at an apartment building, down into a concrete parking lot below, watched my phone as it bounced and not a scratch or crack on it!! Still worked perfectly! I will never trust my little expensive phones to another brand after that experience. Otterbox brand has never disappointed and I have bought this brand for years now. When my family or I have purchased other brands, we have regrets. PS- I hate when reviewers give a product a bad review because of their own personal mistake or for something that is nothing to do with the product whatsoever, instead of it being based off the actually quality of the product only! I just happened to be on this site gathering information to order a new Defender for my Iphone 14 PRO and my daughters Iphone 14 - 2 different cases obviously.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Old defender cases were a far superior product. The old Defender cases used to have a screen protector built in. That was far better than the current mess. Now you have to buy the screen protector separate and hope that the case doesn't break the screen protector because you're a millimeter off putting it on. Additonally, I would prefer the option to purchase it without the belt clip portion, to save money. The cases are EXPENSIVE, and I wish they would have cheaped out on the belt clip instead of the screen protector. (I suspect this is intentional--people will buy screen protectors separately, but skip belt clips if given the choice.) Secondly, Otterbox's customer service is not great. I called with a warranty issue on the screen protector (as instructed), was informed they were sending me a replacement. It's been two weeks, and I haven't seen the replacement, nor have I seen any indication that they've shipped one. If it all goes well, the first time for you, I'm sure the product is fine. If anything goes wrong, good luck, you're on your own...

I would have bought a clear glass cover when I got my phone had I known that and wouldn’t currently have scratches on my phone while I waited for this case to come.

I was in a golf cart playing one day and dropped my phone on the cart path which resulted in no damage. I will use Otter Box always.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not What They Used to Be I've had OtterBox Defender cases for all of my iPhones over the past 10 years and while the quality of my new iPhone 14 case is still really good, there are little but very noticeable differences in this model compared to the ones I've had in the past. The side edges around the screen; in particular are lower than the top edges which I'm not super thrilled about, I want as much protection for my screen as possible. Which brings me to my next point, why is there no longer the screen protector as part of the case? You should offer it as an option at the very least to still have the attached screen protector. I'd rather have the screen protector than the belt clip as an option. Also the raised edge around the camera lenses on the back is not as deep either. I'm hoping this case still holds up and does the job of protecting my expensive phone, or this may be the last time I buy an OtterBox, I guess time will tell. Also, the Canyon Sun colour is definitely more pink than it appears online, it looks purple/pink online, but much more pink in person.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Belt clip is useless. The belt clip is as useless as anything I have ever used. The case falls out of the belt clip frequently. Today I was mowing the lawn with my riding lawn mower, almost ran my phone over because it fell out of the belt clip on the previous lap. I would probably actually give the case maybe 2 stars. If it had a built in screen protector I would even give the case 3 stars. Not sure how to carry this huge phone, I don't have enough pockets and the belt clip is usless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnetic chargers do not stick to this case The case bubbles off the back of the phone and doesn’t lay flat on it so it doesn’t work with a magnetic charger like it says. It will charge it through the case but it won’t actually stick to it, you have to just set the phone on the charger just right for it to work. I reached out to send it back but I would have to cover the shipping to return the defective product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defender is not secure in the holster I am a defender user since iPhone 3 (which gave me a lot of trouble... loosing he phone) For my iPhone 6 and 10XR, the defender case worked perfectly... securing the phone in the holster. Within a week having the defender for iPhone 14, my phone got loose about 10 times. Otterbox was quick to send me a new one to replace the defective one. I only hope the replacement will work as expected.

The placement of the camera opening doesn't align with the cameras. Too bad because otherwise it seems like a nice case. The box when it arrives says iphone 13/ iphone 2022 Large which makes me think they didn't actually test this on the new line of phones because the buttons are not in the same place between 13 and 14.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Clip I really like the cover and it seems to protect very well. The only problem I am having is the phone does not seem to click into the holder very well. I have dropped the phone do to it not mounting into to the clip very well. I still like the Otter Boxes and will continue to use them as they are the best on the market. This is the only one I've had trouble with as I have used this bran since my I 5 phone days. (These cases have saved me from breaking my phone in the past, I've dropped them from extreme heights)
