Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1) I had to go 1) I had to go to the local Verizon office because I couldn't figure out how to fit it on my iPhone. The instructions on how to attach were worthless. 2) While I appreciate the silent and power outlet are covered (because they get so dirty), I still struggle with getting each of those covers closed. I really think this would be a great improvement if you could make it easier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Could be a 5 star review but…. Could be a 5 star review but…. The case does not work with wireless chargers as stated. The car is top quality and 100% required for a phone with a glass back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Case material Case is not the same as the old style. A much more rigid feel. Also not as deep around edge and rear camera well. I’m not as confident in this case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10/10 Full Protection I purchased this for my dad thinking it was the old defender case the was fully enclosed, but when I called support they said they no longer make it. :( But it still was a GREAT case if you like that full protection!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very disappointing I purchased this new case at shoppers drug mart in Vancouver within the past six months. I just happened to detach this case and noticed my back panel was cracked badly. Then I checked the case but case was okay. So… Otter box defender case Pros : heavy duty. Won’t crack that easily.(still depends on how you use) Cons : the impact may go through the case and directly damage your phone without damaging the case. I’ve had zero opportunity to take my otter box off my phone since I purchased so I’m100% sure I had the case on when I got these cracks on my phone (although I don’t know when)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough case Extremely well built. Inner hard plastic layer sandwiches your phone while soft rubber outer protects it from shocks. Have dropped my phone dozens of times and my child gets a hold of it all the time, tossing it around. No damages.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great protection. Great protection, belt clip backing can be used on front to protect screen, when used on back of phone it’s protects camera. Its black clips are weak but otherwise I have always had good experience using otter box products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from True Defense I have only ever purchased Otter Box products to protect my phones for years and years, especially with kids and clumsiness (aka frequent drops), the need for a rubbery case, and overall brand reliability. Sooooo recently I left my phone on the hood of a car and forgot about it (it happens), and it ended up getting run over in the middle of our residential street. THE PHONE WAS FINE. I had the tempered glass protector on the screen and that was all cracked but the phone screen was completely protected and fine. Not a scratch. The case saw a crack here or there and there were legit tire marks on the back(!). I replaced both anyway, but man was I relieved and thrilled with the protection this case had against getting run over by a literal vehicle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough as nails I like the soft exterior of the case because it does not slide around easily on flat surfaces or when in my shirt pocket it does not slide out easily. And if/when I have dropped my phone, even on concrete, it has never been damaged. The Defender is great for use in a rough environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth Every Penny Fit my iphone 12pro right. Like that it makes the phone thicker which makes it easier to hold. I have accidently drop the phone on various surfaces including concrete from a height of 4-5ft and no damage what so ever. Only downside is the belt clip. That usually breaks right before the warrantee expires.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my Otterbox case no, my little OtterBox was a bit hard for me to get on. It was worth the work two layers. It will never break. I love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best case there is Ever since I have owned a phone, I have always had an OtterBox cover. And thank God that I have had one because I have dropped my phone, From great Heights, down the steps and actually left it on the roof of my car, drove away and it blew off. When I came back to get the phone, it was in perfect condition. I will never not have an OtterBox on my phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No front screen cover protection I was expecting a front cover protection on this case but it didn’t have it..it’s a good phone case not cheaply made but just didn’t work for me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best investment to avoid that $18 month insurance I have loved every OtterBox I have ever owned. They start to wear out just about after the warranty runs out which is about a year. I plug and unplug a lot in my vehicle so the little flappy door covers the charger begins to break, but it takes about one year till this is the best investment as opposed to paying $18 a month for insurance . When I buy a new phone, I already have the otter waiting for me at home I have dropped this phone out of a pick up truck many times on the ground and it has always held up. I don’t even have a scratch cover. OtterBox is the best investment for your phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Indestructible case I ran over my phone with my car and had my defender series case on it. The phone and Case are absolutely fine. I have dropped my phone so many times and it is perfectly fine. This case is virtually indestructible in my opinion. Case has a nice grip to it and it is easy to access the various areas to plug things in or change the volume. The case has a lot of durability.
