Appreciate the consistency of high quality. Kinda miss the screen protector with the defender series, but not worried as the new gorilla glass is available.

The case is extremely difficult to put together and it does not work with other screen protectors and since Otterbox has no rolled out a privacy screen for the Galaxy S25 Ultra I'm forced to either go without or deal with bubbles. Only reason I didn't give one star is that the magnets are great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Promised but Basic This case delivered what was promised, it feels and looks like good quality and I have adequate confidence in drop protection. The magnet isn't great but it does charge wirelessly. I would have liked more magnetic pass through options with grips and more designs/colors. I adored my previous mint green Otterbox with a Popsocket built in and was bummed I had to buy an external grip. I'll keep this case for now, but I'm on the hunt for one that better meets my wishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost the best case ever. I've always loved Otterbox cases. This one's quality is no different from the great quality of the past. My reason for the 3 star review is this case is really not great with a screen protector installed. I have tried with three different screen protectors and the way the top plastic piece sits on the screen during installation, as you attach the rubber part on the sides, it pushed all of my screen protectors loose and cause bubbling. I get the most minimal approachto the plastic part on top of the screen to make sure it doesn't mess with your screen view. It needs to be the tiniest larger to sit on top of the screen protector. If you don't care for having a screenprotector, 100% bye this case it's great. I just don't like the compromise.

A clear holster would have been better look so Otterbox consider it please. The clear design shows the phones titanium features. The magnetic ring is another great idea for easy mounting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Case does not protect from dust. Dust get between phone and clear case back. After 1 weeks use, the amount of dust is unacceptable. I believe the dust enters the case via the camera lens cutout. Otterbox should add a rubber or foam strip around the camera lens cutout to better seal and protect the phone's backside.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Defender This is not my first Otterbox and won't be my last. These Defenders are the best protection for your phone. I'm not the easiest on a phone but I have never had any damage to ant phone I've protected with Otterbox Defender Products. I also use the belt clips that are designed for the Defender which are tough as iron, I've only broken one of the but my phone wasn't in the clip at the time. I was getting out of my truck and one of the phone clips hooked the seat belt and broke the ear off. That was after I had done it multiple time before it broke.

I was made to pay for return shipping on top of the original shipping cost being non-refundable. Zero customer care for my situation. I was a long time fan of Otterbox but if the one time I have problems they don't care then I won't support them anymore.

Very sturdy case though. I typically use the original defender, this is my first pro. I definitely prefer the other version.

When utilized together, the screen protector doesn’t stay on the screen (in the corners). I had to buy another Otterbox case, from a third party, that meshes with my screen protector.

I think its chinsey that you separated the case and the holster at the price point you have the case selling for. The holster should come with the case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Case I have full confidence that my phone will be okay after dropping it. The magsafe feature works very well and the all attachments that I've used so far have worked. I like the way the case looks, it's very stylish with the see through back, while still having 7x the military drop protection. One thing I don't like is the fact that the metal ring on the back is white, in my opinion it throws off the look. To fix this keep a black magsafe kickstand on my phone at all time, which looks much better.
