Warranty costs $ 10 for replacement
Bought this product with high expectations considering the price. At first was great, then the silicone wrapping started to stretch. After awhile was able to endure, but then enough ! Called customer service and they gladly replaced the product Did not expect anything else considering the "lifetime warranty". Six months later it happened again. Called C/S now the lifetime warranty was going to cost me $ 10 for product replacement. Product over priced, dont have high expectations and expect to pay again for the product. Not worth it.

When I was still working, the national communications company I was employed by issued Otterbox Defender cases to all employees. A friend of mine accidently dropped his iPhone from the top of a telephone pole and it survived with no damage. Now that I am retired I will only use this case for my personal smartphone.
