Not nearly as tough as previous cases
Screen cracked in less than two weeks-right where the cut out is located for the photo button on the bottom right. Previous Otterbox cases kept my phone pristine for almost five years! Very very disappointed with the new case.

I am annoyed by this case.
I don't like the fact that I have to clip it in upside down to get it to catch on the holster. There is only one snap-in spot on the case for the holster and it is on the wrong side because of the large cut out for the camera button. If I put it in the clip on the other side of the case, it does not secure the phone adequately. This is hugely annoying and I would not recommend this case or holster as it currently is.

Appears to be quality
So far I’m satisfied with the quality. Fits the phone great. My only complaint is, when I purchased, it would come with a coupon to get a free holster which I didn’t get. I wasn’t able to get through over the phone to get any more information as to how to get it.

Good but has a few small issues to note
I mostly enjoy the case, and it has protected my phone so far. I enjoy that it is clear and I finally have the ability to see my phone and protect it at the same time. Unfortunately, it seems that water gets into the back of the case extremely easily. The case works great with MagSafe. The case already has a small crack on the edge from a very short drop (I think is was about a 2-3 for fall or less). I can see the crack and feel the raised edge, but the case feels stable still. I would like to go back to the regular Defender style, but I am hesitating due to the additional cost of a new case and the fact that I cannot get a case the same color as my phone. Overall, it’s not a bad case, but I think I prefer the regular Defender case.

Summary: overall, happy with the purchase but the ultimate test will be when the phone is dropped. Fingers are crossed.
Build - looks well constructed, but time will tell how it holds up after extended use.
Ergonomics - on the larger side, but slowly getting used to it but overall the feel is good though.
Style - Otterbox has never been known for it's style but the cases could use some additional color choices, i.e., ones that compliment the colors of the iPhone.
Functionality - mixed on the functional design, i.e., some are nice such as the flip cover for the e.g., the USB-C port which protects the port from lint / dust etc., where as the case has openings which do not protect the phone which could potentially be a vulnerability point.
Price - on the high end.

Good and Bad
Love the color choice for this! It is light weight and feels good to the hand. Downfalls…1) I had to order the holster and pay for it so I had one to use while waiting for the free one to arrive. 2) the phone holder only clips into the holster one way so if you want to wear on right hip, the phone is upside down when detached and raised.

either my iPhone is broken or the case is pressing iPhone buttons because it's fit too closely, either way every time I turn my iPhone off it becomes a brick and I gotta reboot it into recovery mode. Went to AppleCare and was told my iPhone is in perfect working order...

Poor Customer Service
Customer service is very poor. They had a glitch in their system and charged me 3x and would not refund the charges. I had to involve the bank. They can and should do better when they are in the wrong.

Great looking case!
I purchased this case for my wife and she really loved the look and design. I think it's a little less sturdy than the standard Otterbox Defender but it is lighter in weight. It seems to provide adequate protection and durability.

Does its job.
More similar in design to the previous Lifeproof Fre cases, this case is rugged yet slim. I don't like the camera control button cutout, I wish I were covered like it is in the current Fre case, but it doesn't seem to be a weak point. I've dropped the phone several times and the case has done its job.
