Good belt clip
Good purchase, heavy duty construction. Only issue is the felt pad adhesive didn't hold at the edges.

Great case, sharp clip
This is a great case, works well, sturdy and secure. The only issue that I have found is that the edges of the clip that contact my skin are sharp. Sharp to the point I had to cut it down to remain comfortable. That said, I would still purchase it again.

I've had the holster approx three weeks and it, with phone attached, has fallen off my belt more times than did my old phone in its Defender Holster ever did in five years.

Wrong holster for iPhone 7
I ordered a holster for an iPhone 7 but got a smaller holster that does not fit my phone. I have not had a chance to see about returning it. If anyone can help that would be great

Exactly what I wanted
I purchased the holster to assist with using my phone health app pedometer. It works great. The five dollar Chinese version did not fit the phone and the clip did not rotate. The phone had to be rubberbanded in the holster. What a waste of money. This one is exactly what I ordered.

The IPhone 8 with a OTTER Box case is too big for this to fit in the slots.
I took off the case and then it was to small.
Be very careful of the phone you have for this to fit.

Doesn’t fit iphone 7
This is too large for the ‘naked’ iphone 7 and too small for the iphone 7 in its otterbox.

LOVE it but modified it
Fantastic phone holder. I made it even better by grinding the top corner down slightly to get a thumb grip, also smoothed out the sharp points on the latch, took about 30 seconds.

Best phone holster I’ve ever had
Bought this over a year ago and it’s still going strong even though it takes a beating on a daily basis. If it’s not on my hip in my off time, it’s on my tool pouch at my job as an electrician.

Decent holster.
Overall this is a decent product. It is a little large for my iPhone7 so it rattles a bit, but the phone stays in the holster.

Had to replace mine after 4 years of abuse
The reason I purchased the Otter Box Commuter series case was that I needed robust protection for my phone without it being bulky. I use the Encased belt clip every single day and it takes a beating, the clip broke when I dropped it from a step ladder on a concrete floor, so without any hesitation I replaced it, it's the best holster I could find.

I have an older iPhone 7s. The original belt holder was prone to break at the plastic belt clip. Therefore, Otterbox seems to have discontinued the model. The belt holder that they sent me is too small with the Otterbox casing on the iPhone and too large to hold the phone securely if I remove the Otterbox casing! Quite the problem, I’d say!
