The case fits very snug to the phone and isn't overly bulky or obtrusive during use. The color is absolutely adorable and I honestly couldn't be happier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works exactly as anticipated I bought this a few weeks ago. It was very easy to put onto the phone, fitting perfectly. It comes in two parts and you put the softer part on first and then snap the hard case on. I find the flap that protects the headphone/power jack a little annoying - you have to move it out of the way to insert anything, but it seems very sturdy yet flexible and has not broken off. It does provide nice protection for that opening. The box does not interfere with the camera or other openings and the color (mint green was exactly as pictured.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets the job done I've only had my S20 case for 2 weeks, but it fits great and I like the elevated lip to protect the rounded edges of the screen. I've had Otterboxes for the last 3 phones, and I've NEVER had any issues - my phones have remained 100% intact no matter how many times they've been dropped. (Had to replace the cases a couple of times when *they* wore out, but that's a lot cheaper than a new phone.. Lovelovelove Otterbox!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Boxed In" My old Samsung Galaxy S5 served me well and a large part of that 6 yr. ownership was due to putting it in an Otterbox Commuter Series case. After upgrading to a Samsung Galaxy S20+, it was an easy decision to do the same and get an Otterbox again. One tiny flaw .... the charge port on the S20 sits deep behind the Otterbox Commuter case that almost all charge chords will not engage the phones charge jack properly without removing the case. Verizon sent an Otterbox Symmetry Series case and the charge chord will fit no problem. I purchased the Commuter case as I felt it gave me more protection. The charge chord that came with the phone works but it's only about 18-24 inches long and does not have a USB end for universal use. I'm going to have modify the Otterbox or the aftermarket charge chord. Long time Otterbox user that is slightly disappointed.

And this latest case has rubber grippers on the back to keep the phone from sliding on smooth surfaces; that was missing on my previous case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really like the Commuter series of cases I bought this case at the end of July 2020 for my Samsung S20, have had it about a month now, and still really like it. One little thing I'll nit-pick is the cover for the charging port at the bottom of the phone. It tends to get in the way when plugging in the cable to charge the phone, as the hinge is still kind of stiff and it doesn't want to bend far enough to not interfere with insertion of the USB-C plug. I know it's a trade off between longevity and ease of use, but perhaps a bit less rubber material for the hinge might be warranted and make it easier to deal with,.

It is exactly what I ordered, unfortunately I did not read right and didn't realize that I had ordered the wrong one. Needed otter box for s20fe and ordered one for s20 thinking it would fit, it did not. Hope this helps someone else.

I drop my phone a lot and this case has protected the screen from getting cracked. I would recommend spending the extra money and getting one instead of buying a cheap case that never lasts long.

In addition to protecting the phone from drops it adds texture to make it easier to hold. Easy to put on the phone and works with a glass screen protector. I have tied other brands of hone cases over the years but OtterBox is the brand I always go back to.

I have been using Otterbox about 10 years, and would not consider any other protective cover for my phone. In addition a couple of months ago, I contacted Otterbox online and receive a new cover in days after my old cover of a few years had a crack on the bottom. The cover was still protecting my phone, but I wanted a new cover for aesthetics.

Shockingly, I have NEVER shattered my phone's screen! People see me drop my phone and say "OH NO"...I am NEVER worried, because this little case keeps my device intact. 100% recommended and worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Broken Phone Ideally this would have been a great phone case. I hadn't had a problem with it and my screen never cracked. However, I hadn't taken it out of the case in atleast 4 months and when I went to clean it I noticed that the glass backing was cracked in multiple places. The inside back of the case has a soft material however, my phone is curved and there is nothing there to protect the edges and those are the areas that cracked. Very disappointed...
